Nadia Budhani DMD grew up in Vancouver, Canada and obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree from Simon Fraser University in 2002. After finishing her undergraduate education, Dr. Budhani moved to Boston, Massachusetts, where she earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2006. At Tufts, Dr. Budhani graduated near the top of her class and was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. It was in Boston that she met her husband, Aamir (who was from Texas and is a dentist as well), and the two were married in 2007. While specializing, Dr. Budhani practiced part time as a general dentist and completed her post-graduate program in Endodontics from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2008.
After she finished her residency, Dr. Budhani and her husband decided to move to the Dallas area, settle down, and start a family. They have lived in Irving since 2008 and have two beautiful children. Dr. Budhani loves the warm weather, the friendly people, and the great, unique culture that North Texas has to offer.
When not performing root canals on patients, Dr. Budhani spends most of her leisure time with her family, traveling, listening to Bollywood music and enjoys watching and rooting for the Texas Longhorns (she has become a big college football fan over the last few years).
Dr. Budhani has a firm belief in providing comprehensive, thorough Endodontic care to all of her patients. It is for this reason, that she keeps up-to-date with the latest journals from the American Association of Endodontics and utilizes the newest techniques in the field. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics which is the highest level of education in endodontics.
Manos Sigalas DDS MS was born in Athens, Greece. Very early in life he decided he wanted to be involved in the medical field. Psychiatry was the medical specialty that caught his attention. Unfortunately, he was deemed too crazy to be allowed to pursue it and so dentistry became his alternate focus. Being a hyperactive child (also called an absolute menace by his parents) he wasnt all that unfamiliar with the dental office. Their family dentist had a special area reserved for him in order to treat and repair several broken teeth over the years.
During the long five years in the National and Kapodistriac University of Athens, Faculty of Dentistry where he completed his undergraduate dental studies Dr. Sigalas grew to enjoy endodontics mainly due to the fact that it was the hardest of the specialties to master during dental school and that gave him bragging rights over his close friends who literally hated it.
Upon completion of dental school Dr. Sigalas was accepted as one of the youngest residents ever in the prestigious Graduate Endodontics program of Baylor College of Dentistry in downtown Dallas where he spent the next three years of his life and obtained a certificate in Endodontics along with a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology. He grew so accustomed to the Dallas weather, the friendly good looking people, and the relaxed way of life that he did not hesitate to accept a position as a full time Assistant Professor of Endodontics that was offered to him immediately upon the completion of his studies.
In addition to lecturing and terrorizing the undergraduate and graduate students, Dr. Sigalas found a chance to enjoy other fun aspects of life as well, including cinema (wrote movie reviews that were published in Greek magazines), sports (he became a highly ranked soccer referee for 6 years), cooking (attended several classes, attempted several recipes and gained a lot of weight) and especially traveling (American Airlines agents address him by name). In 2006, he decided to join the group of Endodontic Associates in the Irving office where he has been a full time practitioner ever since. He still occasionally lectures on several endodontic subjects (mainly trauma and diagnosis) on different dental professional groups and also in his motherland at least twice a year.
Dr. Sigalas and his two dogs, Hector and Bear, permanently live in North Dallas in the Preston Hollow area. He is still a huge soccer fan but he also loves the NBA and NFL. He spends his time between Dallas, Athens and the Caribbean and never turns down an invitation for fun. When he is not involved with teeth, Dr. Sigalas also enjoys collecting different types of art, reading and writing movie reviews, cooking and spending quality time with his friends.

Let me tell you this place I definitely recommend! The staff is so sweet, and the doctor is the best I've been too, so caring and funny! They will take care of you, and you won't have to worry at all about pain!

I had my root canal today. Nervous at the beginning since it was my first. However, Corbin the assistant immediately put me at ease and took my x-rays. Dr. Sigalas did the work and he was professional, funny, very efficient and skilled. He kept asking every 5-10 minutes to make sure I was pain-free and okay! The whole office worked as a team, including Trynyty at the front. I was done in less than an hour. I would recommend this office to anyone and very competitive with pricing even without insurance!

Came in with anxiety, but left totally at ease. Dr Sigalas has a booming voice lol, so be prepared. He is impressive, friendly, and precise (as a Specialist should be). The reason I say this is, because I had to have lots of numbing shots for an inflamed nerve, and after all the shots, only the area he was treating went numb. My lips and cheek on that side stayed normal and never felt numb. That was unusual to me. His staff is very friendly, and professional. Shout out to Trynyty, Corbin, and Trina! Look forward to my next visit lol!

Dr. Sigalas was excellent! He was so careful to make sure I was comfortable during my entire procedure. The office was so helpful and professional. I really appreciated Corbin, Trina and Trynyty for their taking the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and insurance process to make the experience seamless. Dr. Sigalas is the best specialist for root canal surgery. He skillfully redid a root canal a former dentist attempted and with no pain! I was so pleased with the entire process and the successful procedure to save my tooth.

Great professional atmosphere. Dr Sigalas was very detail in telling me about the procedure and what to expect after everything was completed. The office staff Trina and Trynyty was very cordial and detailed in explaining my cost for the procedure. They created an atmosphere that put you at ease when going thru a dental procedure.

I was a bit apprehensive with the thought of getting a root canal. But from the moment I stepped into the office I was properly greeted by the smiling faces of Trina and Trinity. I was seen 45 minutes before my appointment which was great! Corbin was amazing! I had questions and he had the answers. The Dentist himself was great from the moment he stepped into the room. He actually made my root canal VERY PAINLESS. I couldn't believe how at easy the dentist along with the staff made the whole process seem. This is my first time here and I was checked in by Trina and taken back by Corbin right away. Corbin was very respectful and nice throughout my whole appointment. Dr. Sigalas was amazing, he talked to me the whole time to keep me distracted and I felt no pain. Trynyty was very nice and communicated with me during the checkout process. This is the best Endodontic office I've ever been to. Especially on Halloween they were dressed up and it made me smile. Thank you!

I was impressed with the front office staff, Trina and Trynyty, from the moment I entered the building. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. The doctor's assistant, Angelica was very nice and was excellent in calming me down about the procedure. Dr. Budhani was awesome. She explained to me my options about my problem. Once , I decided to do the root canal, she explained to me what it was and what her plan of action. She was very kind and gentle. I had a nice nap during the procedure. The check out was great. I received a detailed receipt as well as a summary of my procedure. I definitely would use them again. I was very impressed with Endodontic Associates.
