Thank you Dr. Chamberlin and staff for being so patient, calming, caring and thorough while dealing with a difficult root canal in the back of my very small mouth. It's hard to find people who actually still have passion for their jobs and show it with every step of a tedious process. Doctors and staff like you are rare and greatly appreciated!

If you're in need of a root canal. This is the place to go. I had the absolute best experience here!!! Thank you so much Dr. Chou! You did my root canal about 2 weeks ago and it was the most pleasant experience. I experience 0 pain afterwards. 2 weeks later I'm at my dentist for my filling and crown. You are the best. Highly recommend by me.

I am confident to be one of most if not all of the thoroughly well-served patients here at Endodontic Associates. From start to finish, staff and Dr. Chamberlain made my visit and treatment one to happily recommend to anyone seeking the best help for a root canal.

Dr Chamberlain and the staff at Endodontic Associates of Iowa were fantastic! Dr Chamberlain worked patiently and diligently in treating my challenging case. All the while making sure I was comfortable pain wise and reassuring me of the progress throughout the procedure. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing endodontic treatment, you will NOT be disappointed!

After discovering I needed a root canal, I was horrified. My previous dental experiences haven't been anything less that traumatic. Long story short, upon my arrival I was instantly greeted by a cheerful and kind dental assistant that eased a little of my anxiety. However, I was about to be in complete meltdown stage by the time they laid me back in the chair. Dr. Cobb is a miracle worker! I only felt something once, and he immediately made sure I was able to move forward with the procedure. He kept me distracted with light and jovial conversation and before I knew it the root canal had been done. I was warned I would have some lingering pain after the Novocain wore off, I was sore for maybe a day and I feel amazing! Thank you Dr Cobb and staff for putting my fears to rest and helping me. I truly appreciate y'all!

I had a retreat of a root canal done by Dr. Choi. I highly recommend. Dr. Choi and her staff are friendly and made the experience better than I expected. She is also a Army veteran. If you need a root canal. That's the place to go!

Do not trust this dental center with anything they say. before I made my appointment, I explicitly asked them if they would accept my insurance. Our insurance situation is a little different because we are an active duty military family. They specifically told me that yes we would be covered. Whoever I spoke with said, "Good news, we do accept your insurance plan so you will be covered." Had this been true, our insurance would have covered this procedure 100%. In reality, they were not a network provider and my procedure was not covered. When I called in to speak with somebody about my bill at my insurance company, they stated that nobody from this company ever contacted them before they received a bill. When I called endodontic associates to confront them about this, they basically told me it was my fault for not checking with my insurance company first. While certainly I will be much more careful to ensure coverage in the future, it is shameful that I'm getting a bill for almost $1,000 when I shouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket. Shame on this company and take your business elsewhere if you can afford it. *UPDATE* After my review, they did reach out to me and worked to resolve the issue. They were able to work out a mutually agreeable solution. I am therefore upgrading my review from one start to three.

Like many people in the world I hate going to the dentist, but the staff and Dr. Diana Choi helped to keep me at ease. She was on time and incredibly kind

I want to start off by saying that the only major dental work I have had done was a few chip repairs, and a wisdom teeth procedure. Needless to say, I was pretty nervous going into my first root canal procedure. Dr. Chamberlain and his associate were very delicate and understanding. They made a nerve-racking procedure easy for me. The office staff was very helpful with applying dental insurance policies, even incorporating a secondary insurance policy. I left the facility with numbing agents still in effect, and was worried that once it wore off I would be in significant pain. I'm no dental surgeon, but once the numbing wore off, I had no pain and was back to my normal self. The whole experience was one that I wouldn't mind repeating if necessary.

I rencently received a root canal from Dr. Vela. Keep in mind this was my first root canal and I have only had fillings/ crown work. I have had my fair share of scary experiences with crowns and fillings so I was super worried about this experience. From the start his staff made me feel extremely comfortable and when Dr. Vela came in he was great about explaining how it would all work and then started. The root canal took less that 30 minutes and I felt no pain the whole time. It was a great experience and has made me feel that going to the dentist/endodonist is actually a good experience without the fear of what I experienced in the past.
