Dr. Dico Hassid was born in Greece and lived there before emigrating to Israel with his family. When he was growing up, Dr. Hassid always knew that he wanted to be a healthcare provider, and the combination of the science, aesthetics, and hand crafting drew him to dentistry. He loves working with his hands, and he has alwaysenjoyed the science behind dentistry. Dr. Hassid completed dental school in 1982 and has since been devoted to providing unparalleled patient care.
At the start of his career, Dr. Hassid was a general dentist. However, shortly after beginning his career, he realized that what he wanted to do was focus on one thing and do it well. He was fascinated by patients who were in acute pain and discomfort because he could make them feel better and help them change their lives. Since this time, he has focused his practice on endodontics.
As an endodontist, Dr. Hassid gets great joy from being able to help people get out of pain. The fact that every patient is different with individual needs continues to fuel his passion for endodontics. Each patient presents a new, unique opportunity to help someone feel better and live their life. While the patients are always changing, so too is the field of dentistry, and Dr. Hassid is continually excited by the need to stay up-to-date and adapt with the changing technologies, techniques, and science.
When patients see Dr. Hassid, they are always treated with great care and involvement. He meets every patient with compassion and understanding to help them reach their needs. Dr. Hassid is committed to providing exceptional, reliable, and compassionate care whenever his patients need him. At the early age of 17, Dr. AlHashimi attended the University of Baghdad College of Dentistry, earning her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in 2006. She Worked as a dentist in Iraq for 5 years before moving to the United Arab Emirates, where she continued practicing dentistry until relocating to the United States. Once in the States, Dr. AlHashimi completed the Advanced Specialty Program in Endodontics at the University of Loma Linda School of Dentistry in California.

Everyone in the office were extremely friendly and helpful. I don't know of any other doctor who would call and up on you. He called me as well as his staff to check on me after the procedure. Absolutely recommend to everyone.

Dr. Hassid and his staff are very cordial and professional. They take time to explain the treatment, insurance coverage and out of pocket costs. They follow up your condition after the treatment. A truly professional office!!

Such a beautiful office with great staff. Dr Hassid is amazing! Ronnie & Angie are so welcoming and the assistants Joy & Vanessa are so knowledgeable and very helpful. I definitely recommend this office for your endodontic needs.

I can happily recommend Dr. Hassid and his wonderful staff who managed the amazing feat of making me actually ENJOY my root canal experience. Dr. Hassid explained every detail, with visual aids, so that I fully understood the anatomy of my tooth and what was being done to correct the problem. He was considerate and very kind throughout, including phoning me to check in on how I was doing on the two evenings following my appointments. All the staff, including 2 dental assistants Valerie and Joy and the office staff Ronnie and Angie were efficient and welcoming. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

From the moment I first made my appointment through the completion of my root canal, I was treated by Dr. Hassid and his staff in a very professional, yet kind, friendly, and reassuring manner. Dr. Hassid went above and beyond for me by consulting an oral surgeon, a neurologist, and my dentist before finalizing my treatment. Never have I had a health care professional go to such lengths for me and I believe such effort reflects Dr. Hassid's unmatched excellence in providing endodontic care in Houston. As such, not only do I highly recommend him but also his top-notch staff of Joy, Ronnie, Angie, and Vanessa, as well.

I have been nothing but impressed by the Endodontic Associates of Houston, from the staff at the front desk, Angie and Ronnie, to the dental assistant, Vanessa, and of course, Dr. Hassid. They are courteous, personable yet professional, and very kind. Dr. Hassid even called the night after my appointment to make sure I was doing okay. I highly recommend!

Endodontics Associates of Houston is absolutely the place to go!! I had to get a root canal and they made sure I felt comfortable and good the entire time. The staff is absolutely amazing! Loved Ronnie, Augie, and Joy. Dico Hassid preformed my root canal and was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole procedure. I was expecting there to be some pain but it was a completely pain free experience and I felt nothing. I absolutely loved them and recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I had a visit with the crew Dr. Samar Al-Hashimi. Ronnie, Angie and Vanessa. They are great in attending to the patient needs and creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to relax and be taken care of while they work on your smile. I would recommend this office with class to anyone.
