Endodontic Associates was great at doing my root canal. I was referred by them and from the moment of me scheduling my appt, day of appt and follow-up, they were attentive. This what stood out to me. Everything to happen was explained to me about the procedure including pros & cons. I was very grateful for that. These are the things I look for in specialists who are involved in my care for any medical treatments or matters. Thank you Endodontic Associates for everything. I absolutely love the result of my procedure.

Dr. Ford and his staff went above and beyond. They were friendly and always made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. They also did a thorough job at the initial diagnosis. Not rushing into treatment. I would definitely return to this office.

The service is friendly, fast, and focuses on taking care of your needs as a patient. I'm so grateful for the warm hospitality provided by Dr. Ford and the team. Every contact by phone and in person was made especially thoughtful through the depth of experience at this location. Everyone was prepared and prompt. At every moment, the staff are continuously assessing your comfort, take pride in safety, and perform exceptionally well to offer procedures that are nearly pain free. If anxiety is an issue, they are ready with several solutions to ameliorate any concerns. Most of all, I'm sincerely thankful for the grace and compassion shown to my individual situation. It was a pleasure supporting this local business, and I look forward to recommending their services to friends and family for years to come. Thank you for all you do!

They are very attentive, friendly and thorough. The way that it is set up your questions are answered before you get a chance to ask them. I would most definitely recommend them for what you need done.

Dr. Ford and his staff are very friendly and professional. My procedure was completed in a timely fashion and if I needed those services again, I wouldn't hesitate to go see Dr. Ford. I highly recommend him

I was sent home with meds if needed but guess what no pain or soreness the next day nor the next day. Thank you Dr. Ford for your caring attitude you are awesome. First of all, they have hounded me via email to do a review for many months, so here goes... I had two root canals done here in 2021. They really push the Gentlewave 'technology', so much so that they basically require you watch a sales video. When I initially made my appointment, I was mentally prepared to go in and get a root canal and when I arrived, I was told I would only be doing a consult, which was about an hour and included the Gentlewave sales pitch. The staff were all friendly except when I told the receptionist that I was expecting to get the root canal that first day, she rudely dismissed me and said something to the affect like -That's the way we've always done it here. Well, being a first time customer, I wouldn't know this and my dentist didn't tell me this, so how in the heck would I have known? I do hereby give a 4/5 star rating, as the work got done, the doctor and his assistant were friendly and accommodating. I give the receptionist the star for being rude to me.

I've been referred for over 20 years. I enjoy the atmosphere, friendliness, professionalism, and most times, pain free procedures. I would recommend this office for any special dental services.

I just want to say that Dr.Ford and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my root canal procedure. If i ever need another root canal in the future I won't hesitate to see Endodontic Associates.... Dr Ford was truly an answer to my prayers.
