Dr. He received her dental degree from West China University of Medical Sciences. She completed her post-graduate training at University of Connecticut Health Center and received a Certificate in Endodontics and a PhD in Oral Biology in 2003. Dr. He became a Diplomat of the American Board of Endodontics in 2011.
Dr. He is currently a part-time Clinical Associated Professor in the Department of Endodontics at Baylor College of Dentistry. She is also active in research; her work is frequently published in peer-reviewed scientific journals. In addition, Dr. He is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Journal of Endodontics and the Editorial Board of Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology and Endodontics. She also serves on the Research and Scientific Affairs Committee of the American Association of Endodontists. When she is not busy serving as one of theDallas areas premier root canal dentists, she stays busy raising her two young boys.

Great service, professional,& affable staff. I called on Weds after going to my dentist for Root Canal. They schedule an appointment and confirmed insurance responsibility by Friday morning for procedure. I was out of there by 10:45. Thank you.

Service at this place is crazy excellent and extremely well organized. Everyone is a stellar performer, from initial contact to checking out after procedure. Dr. Melton, his assistant Janee and the office staff, Alexis, Destiny and Olivia are all with good reason why I am sharing this review and talking about my experience at Endontic Associates of Carrollton. My general dentist referred me to Dr. Melton for a root canal. and so glad he did. I highly recommend EAC!

The entire staff from Dr. Melton to Leighann, Destiny and Alexis were FANTASTIC !!! I called at 11:00 AM to get a root canal done as I was in great pain and Destiny really helped to get an appointment for 12:45 PM. Everyone showed genuine concern for my health and well-being from the time I arrived until I left. I highly recommend Endodontic Associates of Carrolton.

My appointment times were changed a couple of times both because of my needs and the doctor's needs, but... The first office personnel did not seem interested in making sure I got the needed info for appointments and bedded paperwork. It would be a good idea to use the patient's email along with the patient portal (like most health offices do!) Communication did seem to improve at the time of my surgery.

Everything of this experience from location, scheduling, treatment to payment were fantastic! Dr. Melton and Asst Mari Cruz were a great team. I felt very comfortable and experienced little pain during and after the procedure. Office Staff Destiny and Olivia made me feel welcome and were helpful.
