Got a root canal here 3 months ago by referral. Dr. Ruma Rane-Kajwadkar treated me, along with Janie assisting and Hilary & Alyssa at the front desk. The procedure went smoothly and there were no complications. Temperature sensitivity on the affected molar went away immediately. No lingering pain, and I healed up from the operation within 3 days. Everyone was very polite and communicative. Highly recommend these folks for root canals.

Came to get a root canal and had an amazing experience. Couple things to mention: 1. Front staff (Hilary) was super friendly and welcoming 2. Office is cozy 3. Assistant (Janie) was so thorough in explaining every detail of the process as well as the x-rays. 4. Dr. Ruma was very knowledgeable, super friendly and made sure I was comfortable. This is just a an office full of great women. So thankful my Dr. Referred me here.

Absolutely great place to go to be put in your uncomfortable zone.... Dental work. Dr Kajwadkar and her team of Janie, Diana, Hilary and Alyssa are top notch and fun to be around. Good work environment: very professional and understanding of a patient's needs.

Don't get me wrong with 1* rating. Please read the review carefully in order to understand my rating. I will give 5/5 to the staff and the Doctor (Ruma) they are really good and know exactly what they are doing unlike their BILLING department who has been torturing and harassing me for past 6 months even after paying for everything. So here's the story; I did my root canal little over 6 months ago and after the treatment was done I did pay whatever deductible I owed so everything went smooth. Then comes the harassing/ billing department after 3 months saying oh you owe us $2000 because your insurance company did not approve the claim(BIG LIE). I had already received a statement from UHC with entire breakdown. So I called back EAA's billing department in Dallas saying I have evidence from UHC that the amount was approved and a cheque was sent to EAA. And here is where the "magic" happens, the lad y on phone takes 10 seconds and says oh yes actually it was approved not sure why our "system" wasn't reflecting that. So now I owe $0 along with confirmation email from their side saying I don't owe anything. HOLD ON we are not done here.. 3 months down the line I receive another notification saying, I owe $250. Again I had to reach out to this dumb people (BILLING DEPARTMENT) in Dallas I think who are working while partying. This time they said oh accidentally we deposited $250 to your account which I wasn't even aware of at all. Who knows why they like playing this transaction game when my insurance company had clearly sent out statements of What I owe and what they paid. Please hire better people in the billing department who understand numbers and don't harass patients for months after treatment. Also take it as a warning, do not deposit/ withdraw any money from my account without my knowledge and once and for all please close this billing.

Everyone was fabulous..! This was my first ever visit and Hilary made things so easy and understandable on check-in. Janie was great too, putting me at ease upon needing to do X-rays. And Dr. Ruma was exceptional! What a great team!! The only thing I took exception with is getting texts to confirm my appointment at 5 a.m. Not sure why they're sent so early .. and not only that, I received four separate texts to confirm my appointment on four subsequent days, even though I received a notice that my appointment was confirmed at least twice. That is definitely a glitch in the system. But the care you receive is outstanding!

Had an appointment with Dr. Ruma, I thought the service and staff were good at the time, I had a root canal and I was in so much pain. It still flares up from time to time, so not so sure about quality of work. My appointment was in March 2022.. I checked in with the front desk about my insurance they told me I'm 100% covered and the provider is in network. As of today, September 2022, I am still calling and following regarding payment as the provider seems to be out of network as indicated by my insurance. The issue I'm having with this clinic is the billing office aren't helpful and they are not welling to help. I spent the whole day calling them and my insurance trying to resolve this issue, they should be doing this work not me.

Wonderful experience! The front desk staff (Hilary & Alyssa) were very welcoming and professional through check in and check out. My Hygienist, Diana, was awesome! Always checking on how i was feeling during the procedure and explained each step in the process as they occurred. My doctor was Dr. Ruma Rane-Kajwadka. She was outstanding! I felt no pain and she was very professional! I wouldn't go anywhere else for future Endodontic needs.

I had a root canal done on one of my front teeth. It went really well. I didn't feel any pain during the procedure. They were all professional and I'm glad I got my root canal done here. My doctor was Ruma Rane-Kajwadkar, assistant was Plana, and front office staff Hilary and Alyssa.

This office is AMAZING!!! I've had a bad experience with a root canal in the past so honestly, I was a little nervous heading in but Dr. Ruma made the experience soooo quick and easy. She is incredible at what she does. I basically felt nothing and was just kinda jamming to the good music the whole time. Her assistant Diana was extremely kind, and caring throughout the entire process and she made me feel super comfortable. Then up at the front, Hilary and Alyssa were so friendly and awesome, they made me feel at home. They even commented on my Britney Spears shirt!! All in all, this place deserves 5+ stars. I highly recommend!

This was my first root canal and Hilary, Diana, and Dr Rane made me feel very comfortable. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and made sure I was OK throughout the procedure. I hope that was my first and last root canal, but if I had to get it done again, I would not hesitate to come back here. Thank you, Dr Rane, Diana, and Hilary!

Dr. Ruma and her office were absolutely wonderful! They were thorough, explained to me what to expect throughout the root canal procedure, and were pleasure to deal with throughout! Hopefully I don't have to get a root canal again, but if I do, I absolutely know where I shall be going! I loved their office!

I recently underwent a root canal at Endodontic Associates and I was quite pleased with the consideration that I received during the process. Doctor Ruma Rane was very attentive to my comfort level, periodically asking me how I was doing, and tended to any discomfort with an immediate response. I found the procedure to be relatively painless in spite of the ominous impression that I had of root canals. I also received recommendations for post procedure pain relief and to get follow up treatments from my regular dentist within two weeks. In conclusion, I strongly recommend Endodontic Associates for any services that they offer.

Scheduling was simple & staff were kind. The doctor & assistant communicated details of the procedure clearly& thoroughly. They were professional, and patient with my fears. I felt well taken care of. Easiest root canal yet!

This office was a waste of time. I was referred by Aspen Dental for a root canal. After filling out paperwork online and providing insurance info I was contacted by an office worker named Hillary who told me my copay for the root canal was $576. or if tooth was not eligible for root canal procedure my copay for extraction would be $150. She explained this to me not only over the phone before my visit but in person before I saw the Dr. After seeing the Dr. for an evaluation I was told they could not do the root canal or the extraction and my out of pocket charges were $169. I told Hillary what a waste of time. I should of stuck with my tried and truthful Dr. Mark Freidrich on 620/Cat Hollow. Which I have a 2 pm appt today to get the treatment I need. Maybe Endodontics of Austin should use some of the money they're gouging their patients for to change that nasty carpet they have in their waiting room.

Today I needed a root canal, so I went back to the best endodontist in Austin, Dr. Ruma Rane-Kajwadkar, and her knowledgeable assistant Janie. Hillary at the front desk made me feel calm and comfortable from the onset. They provide some of the best dental care you can receive in Austin. They took impeccable care of me and made what could have been a tortuous procedure tolerable. I was able to come home and have chicken soup within a couple of hours of my procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Rane-Kajwadkar. If I had to travel from any city in Texas to be cared for by Dr. Rane-Kajwadkar, I would do so in a heartbeat!
