This was a good experience for a root canal! I was able to make an appointment within a couple of days. The staff and Dr. Anderson were kind, and sensitive to the challenges of a root canal and associated pain and discomfort. Everyone in the office was professional, caring and listened to my concerns. All of my questions were answered so that I understood the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson.

Oh my Dr. Anderson is without a doubt the Best when it comes to Endodontics, he has taken care of several root canals with compassion, care and empathy. I can go on and on, but the only real way to describe Dr. Anderson and his Lovely staff is they make you feel like more than just a patient they make you feel like Family. Happy and Pain free.

This has been one of (if not) the most efficient and pleasurable dental visits I've ever had (I've been seen about a dozen dentists in my life). I live in Utqiagvik, Alaska and went into the dentist for an emergency visit due to a tooth ache. Found out I had an abscess under a tooth that had a crown and needed a root canal. It was a week before I could fly down to the city to be seen and I was able to manage the pain until my appointment this morning. I could see the receptionist on the phone through the window of the door and as soon as I opened the door she put the phone on hold and gave me her undivided attention. She was very pleasant and she did not rush me, but was very efficient and thorough with her explanation of my forms. I finished the paperwork and about a minute after handing them in, the dental tech/assistant called me over. She had me X-rayed and prepped in no time. Then Dr. Anderson swooped in, thoroughly explained the procedure and what he will be doing, and also gave me a heads up of any possible issues etc. my mouth is very sensitive and I've had a few traumatic experiences with dental in the past so I was bracing myself for some pain.....I felt a slight pinch and that was the only pain I felt throughout the entire procedure. I was in and out of the office in an hour (15min of me filling paperwork out didn't count; I took my time to look it over lol). My insurance covered 90% and the copay was well worth it. If you're looking for a Endodontics, look no further. Worth the wait, price, and time! Added unexpected bonus (I leave reviews all the time): a free Starbucks card with review!!! Dr Anderson is amazing! I could not eat on my right side due to pain. Had my root canal almost week ago and I can chew on my right side again! Such a relief.

Wow!! What an amazing experience (for having to have a root canal). Dr. Anderson was 100% attentive to my needs. I was SUPER nervous and he was extremely understanding. In the end, it was all said and done in just a little over an hour. From the time I called to scheduled to the time I walked out of my procedure I was well taken care of. The staff at Endodontic Associates of Alaska is amazing!! I would definitely go back to Dr. Anderson!!

Dr. Anderson's staff were great and Dr. Anderson went above and beyond, explaining to me everything that was going on with my case. My root canal was virtually painless as well. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson to everyone!
