I took my daughter here for a root canal and Dr. Cordell was phenomenal. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He even called an hour after we left to see how she was doing and discuss her care. The assistant was just as good explaining and making sure my daughter was comfortable. The front desk person at checkout was very kind. My only complaint is that it is very expensive and they offer no type of discount for uninsured patients.

Dr. was great and procedure done well. Their payment policy, however, lacks flexibility and compassion. Even if you have dental insurance they are unwilling to work with you. Your excellent credit rating means nothing either. More of an endodontic mill than a caring provider.

I had excruciating pain and itching from a cracked tooth. Beth got me scheduled, called as soon as someone cancelled to move my appointment up knowing I was in such pain. Two nights before my appointment it intensified and I was miserable. I went in and Dr. Platt worked me. Dr. Platt explained everything and was so kind and gentle. EVERYONE was wonderful, gentle and caring! I cannot express how great I was treated and the service was that I received. I feel like a new person 24 hours later. For someone who had never experienced a tooth ache, it was worse than anything I've been through, including surgery for me. Thank you for addressing my tooth, and for hearing me and making it possible to get in so fast!!

I had Dr Packer. I went thinking I would need a root canal. He took his time, doing multiple xrays, , extensive checking to figure out what was going on. He advised me against having a root canal, but gave additional advice as to how I can solve my problem.

Dr Joe Platt and his team are A++ Professional, efficient, attentive to a patient's needs. Root canal done efficiently despite a tricky situation. But I still don't know how he managed to administer the numbing shots painlessly. :-)

I really appreciated Dr. Packer and his entire team when I had to have a root canal. He is very thorough and kind. There is no pain and he explains the process. No need to be nervous. And as an added bonus, he thought a follow up surgery would be needed but when I went in for the procedure, he determined it was not necessary. EA is the best!

I had an abscess suddenly develop leading to my first root canal. Dr. Platt went above and beyond to talk me through my options and discuss all my questions. As someone who wants to know all the ins and outs, I felt respected as a person - not just a patient. He welcomed and even thanked me for being so involved in my care! He took the time to really listen and put me at ease. During the procedure he made sure I was comfortable and prepared me for what would happen next. I hope I won't need another visit, but if you do - I highly recommend Dr. Platt!

I had 2 root canals done here and WOW! I've had some really bad experiences in the past with root canals but not here. The team was very professional and friendly. The doctor explained everything about the procedure and answered any questions I had. I was in the office for about 2 hours and didn't feel a thing. The doctor even followed up with me in the evening to see how I was feeling and if they're were any problems. I definitely would recommend Endodontic Assoicates to anyone. Thx for the excellent care!

I had my first root canal done here and it went so smoothly! Completely painless and the staff was so kind! Dr. Packer did my procedure and he was awesome! He explained everything so well and was very professional and kind! Highly recommend this facility!

I first reviewed this practice in 2018, rating it at 5 stars. I reviewed the practice after receiving a root canal proceedure performed by Dr. Platt. This month, I returned to this practice to have another root canal performed on a different tooth. The following is my updated review of the practice: Upon entering the practice, I received a cheerful and warm greeting by the front desk associates. My wait time before being escorted to the proceedure area was minimal. Dr. Platt entered the proceedure area, exhibiting his usual friendly and curteous demeanor. His demeanor creates a calming environment for the patient. He reviewed the proceedure in detail with me, allowing the opportunity for questions. My proceedure went well with no issues afterwards. The following day, the practice phoned to inquire as to my well being. In my experiences with this practice, Endodontic Associates offers both dental services and exceptional customer service combined. The practice focuses on providing patient care in a respectful and curteous manner. Based on my experiences and the above mentioned factors, this practice merits my highest recommendation.

The staff here was fantastic. Dr. Bryce Cordell took really good care of me. In a first for me as a patient, he checked in with me after my root canal to see how the tooth was feeling. (Great! Tooth pain completely gone.) He even thoughtfully texted rather than calling without being asked. No one wants a root canal, but if you need one, this is the place to go. These people really go the extra mile to make sure you have the most pleasant experience possible.

Dr. Packer and his team are fabulous. I have had a rough time in the past with dental experiences, and this was top notch. He was kind, gentle, and communicated every step with patience. He really made me feel cared for as a person and not just a patient. Highly recommend!

Dr. Coudron was awesome!! I had an excellent experience, he was kind and reassuring. He explained everything to me before beginning my root canal. Dr.Coudron performed the procedure with such skill.
