Referred for a consult. Will not go back! They do not offer nitrous or halcion and do not have a dental air filtration system for Covid. Do not accept Blue Cross Insurance. Require payment at time of service. Rates are 50% higher than insurance allows.

Dr. Austen Perera was excellent. As my referring dentist told me "Dr. Perera is gifted". Nobody really wants to have a root canal but it seems to be a part of growing up. If your dentist recommends an endodontic consult, definitely call Endodontic Associates of Cape Cod. Ask for Dr. Perera, you will not regret it. Dr. Perera was clear with his description of the procedure, and never lost patience with me as inevitably he had to ask me open wide(r) several times throughout the procedure. After the first pinch of novocaine, there was no pain. Thanks Dr. P!

To say I was apprehensive about my initial evaluation, and subsequent procedure would be an understatement - being 300+ miles away from home, I basically chose Dr. Perera and Endodontic Associates of Cape Cod from a great deal of web searching. After only a few minutes into my initial exam, I knew that I was not only in capable hands, but that my concerns and co-determined objectives would be addressed. Once a plan was established the staff worked diligently to get me in his schedule. Allow me to share that with a fear of needles, I had great concern, but I honestly can say that I felt nothing. Dr. Perera skillfully worked non-stop on my long-rooted molar, never leaving me at any time during the entire procedure. Before and after the root canal he addressed all my questions - and should I have to ever have another root canal, I would make the drive up to Hyannis to have him do the procedure.

Are you kidding? The normal place I go for dental work referred me here to get a root canal done because they wouldn't do it for me since my insurance didn't cover it but I was willing to pay for it out of pocket since that's something that needs to be done unless I want to end up in the hospital with an infection . So I called and asked if I could get an appointment and then I would pay for out-of-pocket and I was spoken to so disrespectfully and in such. Disgusting manner. I'm pregnant so I'm more emotional but I end up crying at the end of the phone call. Apparently I was talking to the manager too. i'd rather go get my tooth pulled at my normal place then be seen here , just disgusting how I was treated! Unbelievable
