The female with the squeaky voice who answers the phone is extremely rude. She cuts you off while you're speaking or trying to ask questions. She refuses to give estimates and says that you just need to call your insurance provider as if they know what AKR's prices are. I told her that I already know what my provider LW percentage of coverage is but she still refused to give me an estimate. When I told her that she was rude and that I wouldn't want to come there because of it, she replied and said, "yeah, it sounds like it", admitting that she knew how rude she was being. She then hung up on me. When I called back she told me not to call the office and hung up again. I called back to speak to a manager and she literally picked up on the first ring and hung up again. This was at 8:23am on August 9,2022. You all have definitely lost a potential customer and I will spread the word. She's extremely unprofessional and has no customer service skills. I wasn't rude to her at all and even IF I was, you don't put out fire with fire in the customer service industry. I know because I've worked it for over 10 years. Update: This is in response to the owners response, which is a complete lie. She did not ask me for any of the information that you claimed I didn't want to give. I had been calling dentist all week and providing that exact same information to the assistants in order to get estimates. Even down ti the tooth number. I had all doctors names and had offered to have X-rays faxed or emailed over. So you are lying. The conversation went exactly how I stated that it went above. She was rude, obnoxious and pretentious. She didn't want to answer any of my questions and she didn't ask me any qualifying questions. As I told her, she made me not want to come there. And you say she could've provided a basic range of cost, well guess what, she didn't even want to do that. And if I'm not mistaken, that's what an estimate is anyway, an ESTIMATION. For you to get on here and respond, accusing me of lying while making up a story makes me believe that she gets her ideologies from you.

Dr. C. Michael McConnell--general dentist. I had my molar root canal done today by Dr. Remm. It was a great experience! Virtually painless and quick As a general dentist, I do some root canals myself but I send my molar/difficult cases to this office and have done so for 33 years. I feel even more confident in their work now and highly recommend them. Dr. Remm even gave me some pointers for using on my own patients. I would give this office 10 stars if available!

I was so nervous, but they were amazing. There was virtually no pain and they were very concerned about my comfort and not just getting my root canal done.

Dr. Adam Remm and his staff were wonderful. I was taken very good care of from the minute I walked into his office until I left. I recommend Dr Remm very highly for your root canal; he is the best in my book! Also they were very good to explain each step of the procedure and they really minimized the pain!! Thank you!! David

My experience with Dr Remm and his staff was pleasant and painless. Adam properly re-did a root canal and saved my tooth. I can't wait to do it again.........NOT! But I would here. :)

If you need a root canal. They are responsive and efficient. Friendly. And helped immensely with the pain.
