Traveling and experienced tooth pain while in Sonoma. Found this practice and recommend Dr. Ko and staff highly. They were very caring, clear in their diagnostics, and helpful in formulating a plan. Upon entering this office I was warmly received and treated like family! Many thanks to Dr. Ko and staff!

Dr. Ko and his team were fantastic. From the minute I entered, they were welcoming and communicated clearly the expectations about what they would need to do to treat me and the potential costs involved with treatment. They made my dentist visit efficient and comfortable. Dr Ko and his team even followed up with me to see how I was doing after my visit. Would highly recommend Endodontic Arts.

Dr Shuster is terrific. Not only did he make me feel comfortable and secure during the procedure, I had no residual pain afterward. The entire staff and Dr Ko were also wonderful. I recommend Endodontic Arts highly.

Dr. Shuster is one of the best dentists I've met! After two dentists went through my case and said the tooth was hopeless. And in terms of that, they suggested me to extract the tooth, have a bone graft, and implant a new tooth. Dr. Shuster said this is just a normal infection and he can handle this. After 6 months of treatment(longer than we thought but worth it!), the situation gets better and my bone grows back. Everything is on the right track now. Dr. Shuster is a professional person full of patience. And the assistant, Mint is suer nice and responsible, she always replies to my question quickly. So absolutely 5 stars!

I rarely do reviews but I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Shuster and his staff is amazing. Obviously if you are in his office it is for something more involved but I have had cleanings that were more uncomfortable than the multiple root canals I received from him and his team. Super sharp, excellent commutator, and just on it. His assistant was amazing as well. I asked afterwards how long they have worked together and he said 6 years. Which was obvious, as they were extremely so synchronized to the point he knew at every turn what tool Dr. Schuster was going to ask for. Thank you for making that process as easy as you did Dr. S and team.

Not only is Dr. Shuster the next level master of his craft, but his team is also stellar. I had an emergency root canal after my crown fell off, and my dentist highly recommended Dr. Shuster and Endodontic Arts and he was so right. I was very fortunate to find the same day appointment and his team took amazing personal care from registration to follow up. Dr. Shuster, was not only masterful with his technique, but took time to make sure I was comfortable and pain free. It's almost impossible to enjoy a dental procedure, but Dr. Shuster and his team, made me appreciate the next level of that experience.

I started the process of my root canal yesterday, I was so nervous and scared. As soon as I walked in the office, the staff was so welcoming and really helpful. They made me feel comfortable and at that point I knew everything was going to be okay. When I walked to the back to speak with the Dr. Shuster, he was also very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. He re assured me I wasn't going to feel anything. (Which I didn't) The process was super quick, I didn't feel a thing. Overall I am highly satisfied with my visit here at Dr. Shusters office. The office is very clean, the staff is stellar. It's nice to know their dental offices who actually care about your experience and well being. Thank you Endodontic arts of San Francisco for your amazing work and stellar experience.

Office is clean and well-lit. Receptionists and assistants are professional but courteous and friendly. Positive energy all around. Very personable and felt really cared for. Dr. Shuster is good at explaining carefully and with good details at patients' level clearly and without holding back any information. His work is art! I know because I have gone through a dozen dentists and a handful endodontists. True professional. I was lucky to have him on my care team for the last one which was mangled two previous times by two respectable but ones not as good as Dr. Shuster.

If you are scared of dental procedure like I am, you should definitely come here. I would rate my experience 11/10. No pain at all, not even the anesthesia injection.

The whole team at Endodontic Arts couldn't have been nicer and more comforting. No one wants to get a root canal but the whole team made sure I was never in any discomfort and was great about following up to check on me after the procedure. I felt like I was in great hands. Happy to know they are there when I need them. You will be too!
