VERY NERVOUS heading into an Emergency appointment for an infection in an upper molar that had gotten pretty complicated. The support staff were all super considerate of my well being and comfort and Dr. Shuster was a thoughtful and considerate communicator as we discussed the various options available to try and save the tooth. His 1hour treatment to stabilise the tooth was expertly concluded with perfect results. This experience was well beyond my expectations. Very much appreciated.

It was pain free treatment for my root canal! Excellent customer service; Dr Ko has been very attentive to my needs, informed me about all treatment options and asked all my questions. I can recommend this place to my family and friends!

I was made to have two root canal surgeries on one tooth. Inrurance covered 2/3 of the first one so I paid about $300+ out of pocket. But I had to pay about $900 completely out of pocket for the 2nd one. Dr said it was "Permanent". The 1-Star comes because NOBODY told me this was going to happen at the beginning. They literally had me on the hook from the first one, warning me of all the scary things that could happen to me if I don't come back for the "permanent" procedure. But when the Dr first spoke to me, he said I would simply do A root canal, and go get a crown. And yet, here I was doing a "temporary root canal" then a "permanent root canal". I feel completely duped! Terrible experience! Also this is strange because I feel ALMOST certain that I posted my review 2 years ago. I guess I must have forgotten to click post. Anyways, I hate to be the one to spoil the 5-star party here, but I must say my truth all the same: I came to this dentist 2 years ago - still the earlier days of COVID. This was going to be my first root canal ever, and also my first REAL "Health Care" experience since I came to the USA 6 years ago. Now I need more work done on my teeth. I may likely be flying to Mexico this time. But certainly not coming back to these people.

If you have never got a root canal and just scared of getting it done , this is the right place. I experienced No pain ! Dr Dehmer and Irina are just phenomenal at what they do ... Now I'm convinced root canal horror stories are just a myth. I highly recommend this place and there is a reason why this place is highly rated!

Never thought I'd say these words - but I had an excellent root canal yesterday! lol They saw me within a few business days of calling them. I had Dr. Ko, and his assistant Irina. They were pleasant, thorough, and very efficient. The peak of your pain will be the needles to numb the area, beyond that, the feeling is more weird/uncomfortable than anything else. Think about it as a super deep filling. Bring your music - they provide noise cancelling headphones. You'll definitely still hear the drilling, but it helps. As for recovery, it's been great! Once the numbing wears off I actually started to feel better, not worse. I took 600mg of ibuprofen before my appointment, and then alternated that with Tylenol every 6 hours thereafter. It's been 24 hours and I don't feel anything. Back to work!

Easily the best dental experience I've had, I was seen on time, the procedure went quickly and smoothly, and they give you headphones to listen to a show or podcast or music while they work, so even if you hate the dentist, I could not recommend these guys more. Dr Ko, Clayton, and Lauren were all an absolute delight.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Exceptional customer service, and the doctor is fantastic. I just had a root canal done and had ZERO pain and ZERO discomfort!! This is how a dentist experience should be like!! Would definitely go to them again.

the level of care that the whole staff show for their patients is unparalleled. I actually enjoyed my root canal?! They are so considerate and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. If you're a nervous patient like me - this is the place for you! Both Clayton and the dentist were absolutely lovely.

Awesome experience with this office! The office is more than accommodating especially since my mom does not speak English well. The physician was gentle kind and staff was very very professional. Would highly recommend this office.

The staff at Endodontic Arts is absolutely wonderful! They are thoughtful and patient. Loren was incredibly welcoming. Irina and Dr. Ko are so thorough and kind. I went in for a root canal... which, let's be honest, I was not looking forward to. But I was immediately comforted by Irina and Dr. Ko's professionalism. Dr. Ko is meticulous, constantly checking his work. I thought I would be in grave pain and suffer for days but it's only been a day and I feel just fine. If anyone needs to endure a root canal (which I hope you never need to), please get it taken care of at Endodontic Arts. They make it as pleasant as possible.

Great environment! The staff was extremely pleasant and caring! Allowed me to feel free to ask questions no matter how silly. Root Canal's make me nervous Clayton was a delight to have as the Doctor's assistant! I got Bluetooth Beats to connect to my phone for my choice of favorite music to take me through the procedure. Highly recommended! Thank you Dr. Dehmer!

I 100% recommended Endodontic Arts of SF to anyone who needs endodontic treatment. My treatment team included Dr. Dehmer and his assistant Clay. I could not have been in better hands. They were thorough, offer complete explanation of the process, and prioritized comfort and expert results. Root canals are often dreaded, but the entire procedure here was pain free. I'm surprised that even after the numbness wore off that I still experienced zero pain. I cannot thank Dr. Dehmer and his team enough. I hope I will not need anymore root canals, but if I did, I would DEFINITELY return here.

I cannot praise Dr. Leong and her assistant, Irina, enough for their work. I commend them for providing a calm and inviting environment during dental work that can otherwise be stress and anxiety inducing. Even just from walking in, it was evident how thoughtful this office is by the way they set up for covid precautions. I definitely felt safe and comfortable. Throughout the process, Loren was friendly and far exceeded anything that needed to be done from the administrative side. For the appointments, Dr. Leong and Irina truly listened to my concerns; the plan and set up both at the initial and the procedure appointments reflected their understanding of my concerns. Dr. Leong was considerate and allowed me to take control of my treatment plan, while also being confident and in control while doing her work. During the procedure, absolutely nothing was rushed and Dr. Leong took the time to explain, without prompting, what I would be expecting each time she approached my tooth and why she was doing each action. She would triple check her own work and made sure everything was perfect. Dr. Leong and Irina worked in perfect harmony as a team and showed mutual respect for each other. Endodontic Arts has a great staff! Dr. Shuster was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job on my root canal. His assistant Steph was incredibly friendly, and even let me listen to music on her phone during the procedure to tune out the sound of the drill. Mint & Marie at the front desk were also very friendly.

Dr. Kelly Leong did a fantastic job on my teeth. Like most people I had fear going into the office but Dr. Leong and staff made me feel welcome and more importantly safe. They go above and beyond to ensure cleanliness during the pandemic. If I have to I will be coming back for more work but fingers crossed my teeth remain healthy!
