I would like to give this clinic big zero specially dr. Reza Hamid. I went there to check my tooth as requested from my dentist but I wasn't complaining of anything. He insisted to do a root canal and broke my tooth at the end. He was talking to his assistant the whole session not concentrating in the job.

Dr. Hamid and all of the staff there were absolutely amazing. I am very afraid of dentists, and was so scared when I found out I had 2 badly infected teeth and needed 2 root canals right away. I didn't think I could do it, but they all were so reassuring and made me comfortable and talked me through the whole thing. I had to have 2 root canals on same day. I can't say enough about how wonderful every single person there was for me during and after.

Dr Hamid and his team are highly professional and skilled. You can tell they have worked together a lot by their precision steps and communication during the procedure. Their state-of-art imaging equipment says something too. They've gained my 100% trust and confidence. This is where I'll come back to.

They were late for my 8am appointment. They failed to tell us when they were open so we could come in. They failed to tell me in advance that they don't accept my insurance. Total lack Of consideration for my time

I visited EndoCare after a bicycling accident to repair my front teeth, which required three root canals. Throughout the process, Dr. Milan and the staff provided effective care. They walked me through each step of the process - CT scan, x-rays, splinting the damaged teeth, and performing the root canals - and helped me understand what the damage was and why the selected procedures were chosen. The actual root canal procedure was painless. I had gone into the procedure thinking there would be significant discomfort based on the general stigma associated with root canals, but I experienced no pain or sensitivity for the entire 1.5 hour procedure after local anesthetic was administered. I highly recommend EndoCare based on my experience.

Needing an emergency root canal, I had a very impressive experience with Dr Hamid. The entire dental staff were very welcoming, pleasant and accommodated me on a late Friday afternoon. Very clean facility and caring staff. Their policies on working with patients under new COVID restrictions were very professional and did not make me feel uncomfortable. My pain level was much lower than expected and I felt well cared for. By far one of the best experiences with a dentist I have had. Doctor was great but office manager is unprofessional and rude. Get that chip of her shoulder. Alot of ppl are out of work. Understand we are in a covid epidemic. Learn to have some heart, especially when someone is in pain.

I would give this practice and "dentist" a -5 if I could. Really doubt if all the reviews here are REAL and not written by his friends and family members. Mr. Rezai started a root canal procedure on wife back in February, left it half way done and went on vacation only for his partner in crime, Yassi to finish his work. Needless to say she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not a single follow up after the procedure was done. After a month went by and my wife had severe pain in the same tooth they had worked on. When we told them about the pain, they said it's normal and we should give it another few weeks to go away on its own. Another month passed and the paid level was the same. Mr. Rezai decided to do the whole procedure all over again. My wife went through it all again and still after 5 months the pain has not decreased at all. Because of this she went to the ER once for having panic attacks, she missed so many days of work due to severe pain, lost weight and is under so much stress because of this. The so-called specialist 's solution now? "You should just remove your tooth, and start the implant procedure." The people don't care about their patients at all. All they care about is how much money they make and how to rip off the insurance companies as much as they can. Stay away from these guys.

I first met Dr. Ali Rezai at the Alameda office in 2014. Met him second time at the Oakland office also in 2014. Met him third time at the Walnut Creek office. One recurring motif about Dr. Rezai is the Neatness of his work. Dr. Rezai puts his heart and soul into his work. A First Class Performance. This world would be a safe, healthy place if all physicians were to be like Dr. Ali Rezai. A fine, decent physician. Office staff in the three locations are highly professional, warm and caring with excellent customer service skills. I wish everyone God's guidance in all your endeavors. You have made my office visits memorable. I am truly grateful. Thank you.

I cannot imagine going to another place for my root canal procedure. Dr. Ali Rezai is excellent in what he does. I am very happy and thankful for his work and his gentle hands and good judgement. I wish he could be my general dentist too. I felt so much safer with him and his assistant Monica. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me! Please continue to be a blessing to many. The soothing music is a big help to relax nervous patients like me. Lastly, thank you very much for being so nice to my son Carson who's with me on both times during my procedure.
