I had a great experience. No pain absolutely felt nothing and that is saying alot because multiple times others could not numb me. The staff amazing. The atmosphere alone was relaxing and the doctor was cool calm and great. Extremely highly recommend this place. I would also like to add the doctor called me himself to Check up on me just hours after procedure. So glad I came to this place!

I am amazed that I still have a large bruise. The injections were the worst Experience I have ever had. This is over one week ago. Dr seemed rushed. Omar Was not available. He was the bast ten Years ago with my first root canal. The procedure was fair. The actual injection Process was a nightmare. Had to have Pain meds, not for the dead tooth but for my jaw. I couldn't sleep for three nights. The photo shows how rough The procedure was

I was SO nervous going in. I hadn't had dental work done in 9 years and had never had a root canal before. Front desk staff is so wonderful and sweet, that alone made me less nervous. Once I was in, they took the time to explain the procedure to me & made me feel comfortable. It was so easy and virtually painless! I am so glad my dentist referred me here. Everyone clearly holds themselves to a high standard and were so communicative and understanding. Doctor is obviously highly experienced & I will trust this office with any work (heaven forbid) that I need done in the future. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Went to get my teeth fixed after having a root canal. The lady, who has been working on my teeth. Thought that, she was doing a good operating on my teeth. But apparently, the lady almost cut my upper lip open with a pair of scissors and as the lady was done operating on my teeth. She can barely speak English and the only language, she speak is Mandarin. I would highly recommend, not getting your teeth done here. This place, just ripped me off and it also a scam. #wasteofmoney

I was referred out to EndoArt by my dentist for a root canal. After a couple weeks of no one reaching out to get scheduled I asked my dentist what's up. They called them again and I am finally able to get on the phone with someone to schedule. I let them know I was in a lot of pain, talking ibuprofen several times a day, but their first appointment was still several weeks out. Right before my appointment I get a call to reschedule because the doctor is going to be out that day. I remind them I'm in pain, but I still have to wait another couple weeks for an appointment. I just got a voicemail this morning and guess what? The doctor is going to be out and they have to reschedule again, and it's going to be a couple more weeks out. So I called another endo office (Marin Endodontics) and I was able to get an appointment in just a couple days because of the pain. Customer service wasn't bad necessarily, and maybe business is really that good right now, but my recommendation for anyone who is hurting, call someone else who will take that into account when scheduling you.

I needed an emergency root canal. My dentist recommended Endoart. The front desk was very accommodating in getting me in asap. I really appreciate the doctors flexibility coming in just to do my root canal. Really quick and painless procedure. Doctor had me feeling better in no time. He also followed up a couple days later to see how I was feeling.

I've been to EndoArt twice for emergency root canal treatments. Both times they did a pretty rigorous triage and determined that I could not wait. Dr. Vafaie, Omar and Fredda were knowledgable, gentle and empathetic in providing care. I found Dr. Vafaie to be a careful and thorough problem solver and diagnostician - it's tough when your whole face hurts so bad you cannot tell which tooth is involved. Being an emergency case squeezed between patients with appointments, I spent a pretty long day as the team helped 5 or 6 other people while making progress on my root canals (yes multiple). I'm certain I created delays in the office, and they had to delay and reschedule some people because of my case. They never made me feel bad about it and I observed them doing their best to communicate with others. I'm glad to have the office as a resource, but hope I don't need to go back too soon.

If I could give less than one star I would. I went in with a terrible toothache the dentist sat me down and I told him I needed a root canal. He took an xray and numbed my mouth. Then they came over with a clipboard and told me how much it was costing while asking for my credit card. I told them that I couldn't pay that much right now and he said I'm sorry I cant help you. Then I got up and began to walk out. That was when i was stopped at the front desk and asked for $35 for the visit. I said to them that he didn't do anything for me why do I have to pay. Then the dentist came over and said I've gotta make money you took up my time. He said that knowing that I had was in excruciating pain. He showed no empathy what so ever. And on top of that I'm getting calls for collections for $150 for him doing absolutely nothing for me. His name is Vafaie Nader.

Had to jump on and give high praise to this establishment. Clean, professional, and very empathetic. They got me in and out on a next day emergency visit for a root canal in an hour and a half. Love this place!

Scheduling staff is awful! I have had to reschedule my appointment twice now! And I had to wait a month for each appointment! I would go elsewhere but this is the only place my dental insurance accepts. The front desk lady is always rude to me. Initially they scheduled me with one dr and then had to reschedule and told me when I had to come in and it wouldn't work for my schedule and it was with a different dr! They didnt even tell me the original dr no longer worked there they just out me on another schedule without saying anything about it. The lady I went to was very knowledgeable and I dont doubt they do great work but the scheduling is terrible!!!!
