If you are in need of a Root Canal or Implant and want the Best of the Best, come here too Endo Inc. Since we are in football season, let me break it down for you on how exceptional this group performs. Dr. Makkar is like the Tom Brady of Root Canals, with an outstanding team behind her. Dr. Makkar was so kind and helpful, making sure I never felt any pain and running through a numerous amount of tests to make sure she didn't miss any other issue's that haven't been brought to my attention. Her assistant Ana couldn't be any sweeter and funnier to make you feel comfortable, but her professional care is just remarkable, just like the super star Gronkowski. She has been there for 6yrs which says something this day and age because good help is hard to find and they absolutely nailed it with Ana. Then you have your two super stars up front Michelle and Kelsey who I would refer too as Edelman and Welker. Those girls run the front end like true professionals and they actually care about your well being, along with your pocket. They were so helpful in giving me a rough estimate of what I was looking at $ wise to the work I was getting done. They rolled up there sleeves and got me in next day for a surgical extraction that was needed quick. They even called me the next day to find out how the appointment went and to make sure I was all good. I just can't say enough about this Dynasty of a group. They are AMAZING!!!!

As someone who has been avoidant/apprehensive of dental work, this place changed those feelings for me. If you need a root canal, come here. Alicia/Alisha at the front desk was my first point of contact and gave me all the information on my root canal procedure. She's truly what got me to commit to getting my root canal done here. The cost breakdown was clearly spelled out to me and they answered my questions on different possibilities and truly made my feel more comfortable coming in knowing what the appointment would be like. I did not have dental insurance that covers this nor the knowledge of the the insurance system and was walked through it with kindness and understanding. The customer service here was top notch. Called when they said they would and answered all my financial questions. Dr. Maloff made me feel comfortable during my procedure and it took less than an hour after my consultation earlier that day. He checked in on how I was doing during the procedure and explained well what was going to happen before we started. I did not have a dentist in the area and Dr. Maloff made sure I left with another dentist to go to for my crowns and general dentistry. I feel comfortable and confident seeing dentists again now and I would 10/10 recommend coming to see a specialist and especially coming to Endo Inc. Thank you all!

Took me on same day call and did root canal in one vist so I can go on vacation pain free!! Dr. Maloof incredible, made me feel at ease and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Dr. Tsai is wonderful. My tooth cracked without knowing. I thought it was the temporary root canal filled that came off. She told me what happened and assured me that everything will be okay. Dr. Tsai explained what the next steps were and who to contact. She called me later to tell me she had spoken with my primary dentist and will be sending all the necessary paperwork to the oral surgeon. If you are afraid of root canal, you would want to see Dr. Tsai. She is so calm and caring. This is coming from a person that is very AFRAID of dentist of any sorts.

I was referred here by my regular dentist. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I saw Dr. Makkar she helped me easily understand the issue with my teeth. I will definitely go back. Only issue with Salem parking can be a little tricky.

I went to the salem location to get some work done it went great they made sure I felt no pain gave me headphones to listen to music even when it came to copay they helped me.

I was so scared of having a root canal done, and my dentist Dr. Tsai and her assistant Kris/Chris (not sure of the spelling) were above and beyond incredible. Before the procedure they asked me how I was feeling and I was honest about being very nervous. They took the time to listen to why I was nervous, and they validated and addressed my concerns that I had. After this before we even began, they took the time to let me share a few photos of my dog and nephew. They were such kind hearted people, and I felt that they really cared about me and my well-being. They easily could have not made time to address my concerns or let me share some things about my family, but they did. Thanks to the two of them, getting a root canal done has honestly been incredibly easy. I have to go back for a 2nd appointment to finish it up, and I can happily and comfortably say that I'm not nervous and know I won't be up until 3am this time.

I went in for a root canal and it was the best experience. It was completely painless and they did a great job walking me through the process before we proceeded. I didn't feel any pressure after the assessment to move forward with the procedure but I'm glad I did. The staff was all friendly and easy to work with. Both the Salem and Danvers offices were clean.

I don't like the dentist at all they made me feel so comfortable there is no pain it was the best procedure I've Had In a dentist office they're awesome recommend them to everybody I know

Being susceptible to dental issues along with an irrational fear of anything dental makes me a very anxious and stressed out patient. Dr. Tsai thankfully is the absolute best at what she does. She is calming and gentle and brilliant, in fact everyone at Endo Inc in Salem is kind and friendly.

Dr. Maloff as well as his staff are very kind and caring. I felt 100% comfortable in their care for my very first and hopefully only root canal. I highly recommend making an appt. with Dr. Maloff if you need a root canal.

I was very impressed with Dr. Maloff and the whole staff. I ended up not needing a root canal, after very careful and thorough diagnostics which Dr. Maloff went over with me in detail. If I ultimately do need a root canal, I will definitely go back to Endo, Inc.!

Dr. Maloff and his staff Were extremely courteous and kind. The office is run very efficiently. It's beautiful calm cool surroundings. Very relaxing experience for going to the dentist.
