Dr. Adnan Kazim grew up on the Main Line near Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Kazim attended The University of Pittsburgh where he graduated with his bachelors degree with a Major in Environmental Science and a Minor in Chemistry. He graduated Deans List and Phi Betta Kappa while receiving his Certificate in Conceptual Foundations of Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Kazim was selected to attend his first-choice dental school, Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry. During his time at Temple, Dr. Kazim found a passion for endodontics which was further fulfilled through winning multiple research awards for his work in regenerative endodontics. He decided to continue his education in the field by pursuing the Endodontics Certificate in Endodontics from world-renowned Post Graduate Specialty Program in Endodontics at Temple University. At the end of his time at Temple, Dr. Kazim was chosen to be director of the Emergency Endodontic Department. As director, Dr. Kazim was able to carry out his love for endodontics while educating dental students. Today, Dr. Kazim has been practicing in the dental field for 10 years and specifically the Endodontic field for 5 years.
Dr. Kazim continues to expand his credentials by continuing to be an active member in New Jersey Dental Association, American Association of Endodontics, Philadelphia Dental Society, Pennsylvania Dental Association and Pinnacle Study Club to further his knowledge within the dental field. He continues to pursue his lifelong membership to the American Dental Association to guide his practice with integrity and excellence. Dr. Kazim is now eligible for his Endodontic Board Certification and working towards becoming Board Certified. By being board certified, Dr. Kazim can show his dedication to his professional growth while providing the highest quality patient care. Dr. Kazim is honored to be the recipient of Americas Best Dentist for 2022 for his exceptional credentials and commitment to excellence in the Endodontic field.
When Dr. Kazim is not actively working in his office, he spends quality time with his wife, Alexandra, his two young boys, Myles and Julian and their golden retriever, Khaleesi. Dr. Kazim enjoys watching sports, in particular, an exciting game with the 76ers. Some of Dr. Kazims other hobbies include traveling, biking, gardening and beach days with family and friends. Dr. Kazim is also a master woodworker in his free time.
Dr. Sara Fonseca grew up in Upstate New York. She knew she would become a dentist since childhood when her orthodontist changed her life by transforming her smile to give her confidence. Dr. Fonseca attended State University of New York, Buffalo where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Betta Kappa with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology and Anthropology. Dr. Fonseca then became a licensed Doctor of Dental Surgery at McGill Dental School in Montreal, Canada. Dr. Fonseca continued on to to pursue her specialty Certificate in Endodontics at the Einstein Medical Center Residency Dual Program with the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Fonseca has been a member of the American Association of Endodontics and American Dental Association for over 20 years. Continuing education and being updated with the most efficient, painless, clinical techniques is paramount for Dr. Sara. For those reasons she is a member of the Seattle Study Club, Pinnacle Study Club, and Burlington County Study Club.
Dr. Fonseca values deep compassion and unparalleled care for her patients. For those reasons, she is an honored recipient of Americas Best Dentist from 2011-2019 by the Consumers Research Council of America Excellence, Jersey Choice Top Dentist as Chosen by Peers 2013-2019 by Jersey Monthly Magazine, Philly Magazine Philly Top Dentist 2010-2017, South Jersey Magazine Top Dentist Endodontics 2011-2019, and Distinguished Woman Award in 2017.
When Dr. Sara Fonseca isnt pursuing her passion in the office, her other passion is her family. Dr. Fonseca has one son, James, twin daughters, Amanda and Alexandra, and her loving husband, Scott. Her hobbies include gardening, interior designing, traveling the world, cycling, skiing and enjoying the shore in the summertime. Dr. Fonseca also enjoys visiting her family in Spain and staying close to her family roots. She is fluent in Spanish, and can communicate with her patients in both Spanish and English.

I had to be referred to Endo Excellence for a root canal. The pain that I was experiencing leading up to my visit was excruciating. This by far was the best root canal that I have ever had. Everything went so smoothly, and I like how each step of the root canal is relayed to the patient. It takes your attention away from the procedure. Thank you Dr. Kazim and staff.

I have horrible dental anxiety and unfortunately horrible teeth. I have had to come to this practice twice in about a month for two different teeth and I am very pleased with the work. The dentist numbs the tooth in one shot, there was no trying different areas until numb, it was numb right away & the correct place was numb both times. The assistants were also very comforting. I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Endo Excellence. The treatment was truly excellent. The staff took very good care of me. They made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. What I really appreciated the most was there was not a lot of back any forth. I take care of my sick husband and do not have a lot of time. Someone has to be with him so that I can leave. It is not always easy when everyone else is working. Everything was done in one visit. I did not have to have a consultation appointment and than come back to have the root canal done, it was all taken care of on the first visit. That made me feel valued that they were considerate of my time. I hope I do not need you again, however if I do I would definitely come back. Thank you Endo Excellence Kindly, Priscilla Wilson

Dr. Kazim is the best!! After having a previous bad root canal experience years ago (obviously not there) I was terrified..but he made the whole process comfortable, easy, smooth, and fast!

I have no dental insurance so I had to price around and read reviews for offices the specialize in RC's. After careful consideration, I chose Dr. Adnan Kazim. He was painless, very patient and professional. His office staff was great and did not rush me through. The Dr was a younger guy that was social and very down to earth. Hope I never have to go there again but if I do, I'm won't be anxious at all.

New to this practice. Anticipation was worse than procedure. Dr. Kazim informed me every step of the way and made sure I was doing ok throughout. Tai was the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend this practice! Nice office, clean, friendly, professional and efficient :)

Denise was amazing and so kind! Dr Kazim was wonderful and listened to all my concerns. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and a I had a very quick wait time. I'm very comfortable going back for treatment and I'd recommend this office to anyone!

This is my second visit to this office and I must say it was very pleasant. You don't hear that too often when visiting the dentist. The staff is very accommodating and the Dr is excellent. Great experience, Super staff and Dr Sara is wonderful. A root canal is never fun but this was about as close to fun as it gets. No pain and non of the complications you hear about. Great team Great Endodontist. Almost cant wait for my next. Well maybe that is stretching it a little.
