What a wonderful experience! I can't say I was looking forward to my root canal appointment. From the moment I stepped into the office I felt comfortable and welcomed by Dr. Milan, Bailey, and Misha (I didn't catch the other two employees names). I expected discomfort today but I am feeling surprisingly good. I have very little discomfort and am confident the process was well done. If (let's be real WHEN) I need further treatment I'll definitely choose Dr. Milan and the Orinda Endo Care team!

I visited this office 8 months ago for a second advice on whether my tooth needed a root canal treatment. Before the visit, I provided my insurance information and I received confirmation that the visit would be free of charge if only x-ray images were needed for diagnostic, which it was the case. When I visited the office I asked again about the cost and after my insurance were checked for the second time I was assured this visit would be at no cost. I met the doctor, received the advice and left the office. Last week I received an email that you owe $234 for your visit 8 months ago!!! which is the remaining balance after your insurance paid the bill. When I tried to explain this is not what I was told, it is unacceptable, and if I was informed that I had to pay for the visit I was avoiding getting a second opinion from you, the answer was this is what it is and either you pay the bill or we send it for collection. I understand Covid-19 impacted many business and dental practices were impacted harder, but this is unprofessional and even unethical attracting patients by presenting false information on cost and send them bills months later. I cannot comment regarding the quality of their treatment since I haven't done my root canal there, but I recommend avoiding this business if you don't want to get surprised bills months later.

Great staff from the front office to the back office on both his Alameda and Orinda office. Dr. Rezai is a very caring Endodontist. He is very professional and amazingly thorough. My root canal was an easy and painless process except for the anesthesia injections. Very highly recommended.

I've had several root canals and the experience with Dr. Milan and staff was by far the best to date. Everyone is welcoming and professional. Every part of the process was smooth and explained thoroughly. There is no wasted time, no sitting unattended in the chair. They do what needs to be done quickly and efficiently always with the patients comfort in mind. Highly recommended.

I was terrified of dental treatment but Dr Rezai put me at ease and I felt relieved. This is my sixth root canal here. Dr Rezai is very professional and his treatment is just the best. One time, there was no pain at all during the root canal and I fell asleep. I highly recommend Dr Rezai

I have had a SERIOUS phobia of the dentist since I was young. That is no longer the case thanks to this awesome team! They respected my anxiety and fears, talked me thru each step and even though I had a major root canal performed, I had little to NO pain following the procedure. Awesome staff providing outstanding service! There's no bigger success than breaking me of my fear of the dentist! Priceless to know I don't have to be afraid, this team does impeccable work and in a kind and gentle way. Cannot recommend enough! If you receive them as an option, absolutely take it because there's no other team I've ever encountered that completed such amazing work. Saved my tooth, and did it so delicately that a long held fear went away.

Endo Care in Orinda is a well operated business: organized, on time, friendly and they did a great job for me. I would recommend them and would use their services again if ever need be.

I really appreciated Dr. Milan's ongoing communication during my root canal. It made me able to relax and get through it easily. One day afterwards my tooth felt better than prior to the procedure!

A truly great experience. Root canal is a bit scary but people and procedures removed fear. Dentist was amazing. I actually fell asleep during the procedure. No major drugs either. Dr Tran and Reese were very considerate and professional. All procedures were thoroughly explained. And hello to Mischa at front desk who started everything off easily. Wonderful experience. Don't often say that about a trip to the dentist.
