I was treated by Dr. Yassi. I was inordinately apprehensive at first but her bed side manner and innate gentlness smoothed that over within minutes. She takes her time and is very personable. Master at her craft bar-none! Other specialists could learn a thing or two from her. Well done! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Yassi and the entire Endo Care (Oakland) Administration Team are phenomenal! I was in excruciating pain and I went on a desperate search for help (2 days before Christmas) having The Delta Dental No Care Plan, my options were limited...After a consultation with a former DDS ( who didn't help) I sought out on my own to find Help! Dr Yassi office was located on the top floor in the same building, and I took a chance. Well Praise The Lord, I was able to secure an appointment on the afternoon. Dr Yassi, and staff, handled me with such care, and days later the relief I'd been praying for, was finally becoming my Reality, help was on the way Tho Root Canals aren't pleasant at anytime, Dr Yassi made me as comfortable as possible, assuring me, I would feel better soon, and I did. What's extremely endearing about Dr Yassi, is her willingness to personally contact with her patients, abating fears and soothing frazzle nerves ( a was on edge) with a pending surgery forthcoming, I had a limited time to cure this emergency dental issue, Dr Yassi came through in great fashion ( literally, her scrubs were burgundy and in great fashion)! Dr Yassi is dedicated ( calling me personally and proving with her cell phone (who does thatDr Yassi )to providing the best comprehensive care, and I certainly appreciate all the team's effort that went into making my bad situation Better I'm Forever Grateful, Thank You Dr Yassi and Team LB

Dr Rezai is the most terrible dentist I've ever seen in my life. He lies to you and give you wrong and tricky advice. All he cares about is money. Don't recommend this clinic and him at all.

They were able to work me in with little notice on a Saturday to repeat a root canal. The previous dentist missed a canal, and they did a wonderful job addressing it. I had terrible pain with the first root canal, and they were able to use extra Novocaine to really numb the tooth. Thank you for such a good experience!

The staff are amazing! They don't mind answering questions, and everyone is very friendly. My root canal was done with precision, and the doctor was very thorough. Excellent experience!

Dr. Ravandoust was so gentle and friendly during my root canal, I couldn't stop talking, even laughing the whole time. No laughing gas required!

It's staff member name Stephanie helped my mother through the entire procedure she helped schedule everything she did all the billing she explained everything she was so patient and so kind the dentist her self was patient kind And gentle the entire staff in the officeIs completely professional and kind I highly recommend this office to everybody my mom had her first root canal in less than 30 minutesAnd all her anxieties left behind thank you

Dr. Yassi and her team are incredible. I scheduled an appointment for a second opinion on a root canal after an issue with my previous root canal at another practice. She recommended sedation to help with my anxiety and that combined with her patience and caring approach made my second root canal attempt a success.

I have such high praise for this practice. I called them for emergency help for my son who had an accident that seriously broke his front tooth. I left a message at 4:30pm on a Saturday and I had a consult and an appointment by 6pm, and an exam, thorough explanation and a successful root canal by 10am on Sunday. Professional, kind, clear communication, good work. They made a traumatized 17 year old feel comfortable too, even let him choose the music to listen to while they worked. Thank you so much!

Very unsatisfied! Awful experience! I had my tooth root-canalled and filled about 6 month ago and it was the worst dental service that anyone can ever get. The Dr was a rookie dentist and left a huge gap between my teeth that whenever I eat any kind of food it just gets stuck in there and I'm flossing all the time and I'm pretty sure it's getting my teeth decayed! They charged me about 1700$ and this is the result!! they charge you so much for a very veeery poor service. I wish there was a 0-star to pick. I don't know who the dr of those 5-stars were but mine was awful for sure. Beware guys don't trust these 5-star reviews! I did and ....

I received excellent care from Dr Shinbori and all the staff. Margit was especially attentive. They both provided me comfort as they worked very efficiently to move the procedures along. I have great confidence in the care I received. The office is well organized and professional. I appreciated the receptionist, Evelyn, and Jocelyn. Thank you to a great team.
