Dr. Richard Brian Sanchez received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio while working for the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft technician. He was at Randolph Air Force Base in Universal City, Texas for seven years and valued every moment of it.He then attended Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree.
Dr. Sanchez is fluent in Spanish and English and has a passion for dentistry. He went into this profession to help the community by providing the highest quality dental care. He enjoys staying up to date with state of the art dental technology and techniques. He is very family oriented and enjoys being outdoors. He is looking forward to providing the highest quality of dental care for you and your family.
Danielle Larivey graduated magna cum laude from Texas State University where she received her Bachelors of Science in Biology. She attended dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and graduated magna cum laude with honors in research. Dr. Larivey then completed her residency at Texas A&M College of Dentistry for Advanced Education in General Dentistry and worked alongside oral surgeons, periodontists and prosthodontists.
During her residency, she completed a 100+ hour implant continuum course to gain direct experience with placing and restoring implants. She focuses her practice on All-on-4 restorative procedures and supports doctors alongside Digital Ape Full Arch Solutions to provide better aesthetics, predictability, and experience for their patients.
It is important to her that each of you enjoy a feeling of ease and confidence in our office. She has been in the dental field for 27 years, in which 19 years of it she was chair side as a dental assistant. She has been married to her husband for 21 years, and they are proud parents of four beautiful kids. After her kids flew from their nest, she decided to finish her Bachelors Degree in Psychology.
Kristine graduated with honors from Coastal Bend College in 2019. Prior to becoming a Dental Hygienist, Kristine served as a Dental Assistant in the field of pediatric dentistry for four years. Kristine and her husband, Jordan, are newly-married and recently welcomed their first born daughter, Kadee.
They also share their home with their two Daschunds, Tucker and Lola. Outside of work Kristine enjoys tackling home projects and spending time with family. Kristines Endeavor is to continue to improve and grow in both her professional career and personal life in order to continuously create a better life for her family and her patients.
Amy graduated from the UT Health Science Center, San Antonio, with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been practicing Dental Hygiene for 22 years. Amy has been married to her husband, Jeremy, for 20 years. Together, they have three wonderful children.
Amys hobbies include leading a discussion group in Bible Study Fellowship, volunteering in a preschool class for her church, and spending quality time with her family. Amys Endeavor is to be the loudest cheerleader at her sons football games, and to be a shining example for her daughter.
She is now enrolled at Coastal Bend College and will return as a Dental Hygienist. In addition to spending time with her family and friends outside of work, she also enjoys podcasts, music, and re-watching all Marvel movies. Kirsten is now recently engaged to her high school sweetheart, Garrett. YAY! Her Endeavor is to continue growing in her education and within her family-to-be.
Kayla graduated from Colorado Dental Assisting School in 2019 and is currently continuing her education for Dental Hygiene. Outside of dental assisting, she has three beautiful boys, one being her Miniature Schnauzer, Dexter. A Texas girl who loves the snow, from snowboarding to snowshoeing and hiking up 14ers every chance possible.
Audrey has resided in San Antonio since the age of three, where she met her soon to be wife Sabrina, 5 years ago. Together, they have a daughter, Angelina and 2 fur babies, Zeus (great dane) and Charlie (miniature schnauzer.)
In her free time she likes hanging out with her daughter laughing at the crazy things she says, taking her boys to the dog park to let some energy out, and spontaneous date nights with her fiance. Audreys Endeavor is to continue her education and have a big yard in order for her future kids and little fur babies to run around.

We feel the highest standard of care for our patients would be to take 3-dimensional images, which is why we invested in a Cone Beam CT scanner. We utilize all digital x-rays to reduce radiation exposure, dental lasers, and intraoral cameras to allow our patients to see and understand their dental health.
Our office is conveniently located on FM 1103 with major access to I-35 and major roads. When designing our office patient comfort was the priority, so we utilize state of the art technology while keeping a welcoming atmosphere in mind.
