I am extremely happy with my new dentist - Encore Dental of Jackson. Everyone - font desk staff at check-in, tech, hygienist, doctor, assistant, and checkout team were professional, personable, and very good at what they do. Their thoroughness is leading to resolution of two issues I had been suspecting were a problem for a few years, but not addressed by my last dentist. I definitely recommend Encore!

Everyone is very professional, friendly, efficient, etc. I was able to make appointments (especially emergency appointments) in a timely manner and the staff is always super helpful.

Should a visit to a dentist be a pleasant experience? Not usually, but at Encore it is. Each and every one you come in contact with is friendly, kind, and considerate. And, oh yeah, Dr. Michael is the best!

Dr. AJ was great! Certainly did everything to make me feel at ease and showed utmost competence. I felt like royalty while getting a crown, if only on my molar. Joanna the assistant was definitely on point. Shanique did my temporary and was a true perfectionist. The entire staff are reassuring and efficient.

This is honestly the only dental office where I can say it is a pleasure to go and have dental work done. They never hurt me or make me feel uncomfortable.

Short wait time. Pleasant office staff. Doesn't get any easier then that. Doctors are excellent along with the surgeon and nurses.

Doctor K is great and so is the hygienist April. Both are very friendly and thorough Office staff and dental assistants are also very friendly. I was glad when the office opened in Jackson since I was going to their Brick office.

Very friendly staff, the office is clean and spacious and they have appointments available all the time. Plenty of parking.

Thank you so much Dr. Bland and Dr. Massaro for your excellent work you have done on my complex front tooth. Time was of the essence and you made it possible to have this problem resolved in a week. I solely appreciate all you have done for me. I highly recommend this practice to anyone that needs dental care. The dentists, specialists, associates, assistants & staff are very compassionate and professional.

The office is pleasant, kind and helpful! Jenn was great at taking my X-rays and a great assistant. Gina my hygienist is wonderful and made my deep cleaning go painless ;) The doc was pleasant and wonderful also, no cavities ;))). I'll be seeing you guys again for my 6 month check ups. The administration staff, is just as kind and helpful. Effortless for me and so accommodating. Thank you for making my visit a good experience.
