My insurance company, which was in network, paid them properly and now they are sending me an invoice saying I owe a balance- which is insurance fraud. Insurance companies reimburse certain amounts for services based on a fee schedule and now they are trying to double dip. I've been trying to contact the billing department for a month and no one ever answers.

My daughter had a bad toothache. Naturally she was nervous. However Dr. Doran and staff were polite and caring. Explained every detail. They were also easy to talk to. I would recommend them. Very impressive

Dr Gangoli is awesome, kept me calm and talked me through everything. Needed things done quickly to have a stem cell transplant and the office was very accommodating! Genuinely caring, great communication, clean and friendly atmosphere.

As someone with dental anxiety, Encore Dental has been great to me for years. I've gotten cleanings, fillings and extractions done, and the staff was always making sure I was comfortable. Staff all around is professional and very friendly.

My young adult went with jaw pain, but they only tried to sell her a $500 night mouth guard & "reduce stress" - all for a $100 out-of-pocket expense. After 2 more weeks of pain, she called & was then scheduled for an oral surgeon consult (with 3 more weeks of waiting) to investigate the bony protrusion above her gum and tooth line. I called them to ask about their standard of care but only received a defensive and uncaring response.

Always great experience. Dr Archer is truly amazing. Unfortunately I did not see her at my cleaning today and the saw another dentist instead. This one made a comment that made me very angry which I will not get into here. Let's just say it was rude, especially given this dentist never has seen me before EVER and knows nothing at my dental or medical history, and I was floored. I've never had a bad experience in my years going here, and up until the dentist came in it was on par perfect. I will still go, as the staff on whole is amazing, but I will just make sure Dr Archer is the ONLY dentist I see.

Best Dental office. Love all the girls and Doctors. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Had a lot of work done and I don't feel a thing. Encore Dental is the greatest.

My visit at your Brick office was pleasantly experienced! Dr. Bill, as usual was proficient and quite professional. He puts me at ease by having simple conversation, asking if I am in distress and giving me a play by play of what's going on. The assistants are very proficient and very pleasant. I refer this office to all who want to know where to find fantastic dental care!!
