Born in Hawaii and raised in Vallejo, Kevin received his degree in Genetics at UC Davis and worked at Genentech before refocusing his energies towards graduate school. While Kevin found his efforts in biotechnology rewarding, he felt unsatisfied and sought an education that would best complement his enthusiasm for helping others with his understanding of the sciences. With this intention, he received his MBA from California State University at East Bay and DDS from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Currently, he is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association,Fortune Management Platinum Circleand serves as the President for theNapa/Solano Dental Society.
When away from the office, Kevin enjoys being with family, staying active and honing his mixed martial art as a 4th degreeKajukenboblack belt with over 30 years of experience! Dr. Mansfield is a Board Eligible Prosthodontist. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College in Maine, and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University in Boston. He completed a two-year residency program in Prosthodontics at the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Mansfield is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, American Dental Association, and California Dental Association. He is also a member of the Napa-Solano Dental Society and serves on the Society Peer Review Committee. He also serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Prosthodontics Implant, Esthetics, and Reconstructive Dentistry as well as on the Adjunct Faculty at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni, School of Dentistry in the Department of Integrated Reconstructive Dental Sciences.

Beth has worked within the field of dentistry for several decades, worked with some of the best practitioners in the area and brings with her a wealth of knowledge in both the clinical and administrative aspects of dentistry. One would be hard-pressed to find someone who can balance and navigate the rough waters of dental insurance with the soft skills of presenting care in a manner that is comfortable and easy to understand. With a laugh that is hard to miss and a smile that can light up any room she enters, she makes it so easy for both her team and the patients she serves to feel at ease in the office.
Anne is the Registered Dental Hygienist at Encore Dental. She graduated from San Jose City College with an A.S. degree in Dental Assisting. Soon after, she furtheredher education on to receive a B.S. degree in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
Anne enjoys working with our patients, helping them to improve their overall dental health. Achieving a sparkling smile is her passion. Compassionate in her care, her warm and kind demeanor is sure to put you at ease! Anne is married and has 3 children.
Passionate about helping friends feel better about themselves, Paula has served for more than 24 years as a Registered Dental Assistant where she takes great pride in doing whatever it takes to improve your smile. Humble in knowing that she is not able to help everyone on her own, she is thankful to be surrounded by a team that is professional, caring and dedicated to the same level of excellent oral health care she aspires to deliver. She loves spending time with her son Noah, who keeps her very busy. In her free time she enjoys her love of the outdoors by running, hiking and camping.
As a California native with a deep appreciation for its ethnic diversity, Heidi enjoys diving into different cultures where she learned to speak Spanish in fostering her love to serve others. Furthering these passions, over the past 10 years as a Registered Dental Assistant and valued team member, Heidi also takes pride in helping many in her community look better and live longer by striving to provide the best oral care possible. Dentistry aside, she enjoys staying healthy with her family by enjoying the outdoors and volunteering to feed the animals at Connolly Ranch every week. With a grateful heart, she takes great care in helping others achievetheir best.
Danny has been in the dental field for 30 years and has been with our prosthodontic practice since 2004. He is the key member responsible forthe fabrication of our removable dentures, partials, splints and relines. He is available Monday through Friday to attend to any emergency denture repairs that may arise. Danny received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1984 from Central Escolar University in the Philippines and has been a laboratory technician for 17 years. During the Gulf War he worked in the US Embassy medical clinic in Saudi Arabia. Danny is married and has one child.

The appointment experience itself was phenomenal, however a significant billing issue over basic services turned the experience sour in the end. Even if the appointment is for an annual cleaning, I would highly recommend having them doing a pre-estimate with your insurance so you don't get an unanticipated $500 invoice in the mail without notice.

I became a patient of Dr. Kevin about 5 years ago. I used to be a patient of Bright Now Dental and they're horrible not sure how they're able to continue treating patients. My dentist told me to sit down and shut up because I was having a panic attack as I honestly have a fear of dentists and do not like them! But Encore Dental is AMAZING the staff there understands my fear and they're very patient and compassionate. I've had a TON of issues with my teeth due various health issues and my fear of going to the dentist. Because of all the issues with my teeth I was advised that I would need to get dentures... I began to cry because I'm only 48 and I thought they'd look horrible and make me look old. Because of my teeth issues I hated to smile I would put my hand in front of my mouth when I spoke to anyone. It was just horrible and depressing. BUT with the support of Dr. Mansfield and Dr. Kevin I proceeded with getting the dentures and OMG I cried tears of joy because they came out amazing! You'd never know I was wearing them as they're absolutely gorgeous! I hadn't smiled really since my Mom passed in May of this year but Thanksgiving Day I had a smile on my face all day. While the day was a little hard because my mom wasn't there I was able to smile due to Encore Dental giving me such a beautiful smile that I couldn't help but smile

Although I am a new/first time patient, it was indeed, an intense one. I had to have an extraction, but Dr. Cabugao did an amazing job. I had no discomfort at all. Heidi assisted and put my anxiety in check! I sing praises to Encore Dental !
