I cannot say enough positive things about my experience here. My wife and I had a baby and it was very quickly apparent that she was not breastfeeding well. There were many tears while my wife tried and tried to breastfeed our daughter with no success. We went to a lactation consultant who mentioned that maybe it was a tongue tie. So we took her to a pediatric ENT who told us that there wasn't a tongue tie and that we should just bottle feed. So, sadly, we gave up on breastfeeding. Even bottle feeding, she never drank more than 2 ounces at a time, she was colicky, and she would frequently spit up. She always had milk leaking out of the corners of her mouth and she was a very noisy drinker. Around 6 months of age, we started giving her purees, but she gagged and choked and coughed nonstop, then she started refusing. Finally, we went to Dr. Thomas for a second opinion, who immediately recognized the functional impact of our baby's tongue and lip tie. Dr. Thomas was very informative and listened to all of our concerns. After the procedure, our quality of life improved so much. The same day, our baby drank 7 ounces in one sitting! The coughing and gagging stopped immediately. She was willing to try new purees and meltable solids. She drank from the bottle so quietly with no leaking at all. She started sleeping through the night. She just became a happier baby. Thank you so much Dr. Thomas. You have improved our baby's quality of life immensely.

Dr. Thomas is THE best!! She's sweet, witty, and amazing with the kiddos. She did an excellent job with my son's tongue and lip tie removal. The staff are all very kind and the office itself is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend!

By far the BEST dentist and staff I've EVER been to!! Dr Thomas did my tongue tie reversal just a couple months ago (yes, at the age of 34) and she was PHENOMENAL!!!!! She, and Ms Anita, we're so calming and reassuring during the procedure. They even sang a song. I will be using her for all my future dental appointments and bringing my whole family over too. Don't hesitate, make an appointment now... you'll be so glad you did!

I have been a patient of enclave dental for many years. I live in Frisco and travel to Southlake to see Dr. Thomas. The new office is gorgeous with advanced air purifiers and essential oils going at all times. This is the place to go if you are looking for a holistic dentist who cares not only about your teeth but your overall health.

I was blown away at Enclave Dental! My 5 week old had both a lip and tongue tie that were lasered. Dr. Thomas was not only professional and knowledgeable but kind and compassionate too! She asked what song I normally sing to my baby and had me sing during the procedure. She and her assistant sang right along with me! They had a lot of great advice and tips for the following days & were insistent I call if I needed anything at all (from questions about baby to needing help filing with insurance). The facility was clean. They had a rocking chair in the dental room. The nursing room was cozy! I would highly recommend going to Enclave Dental, especially if your child has a lip &/or tongue tie.

Amazing experience with Dr. Thomas! Our newborn had a tongue and lip tie that we went to Dr Thomas to help with. She was wonderful and the nursing staff was amazing for this panicked momma. The procedure was super quick and I could immediately tell the difference when feeding. Dr Thomas is extremely skilled, so much so, our pediatrician couldn't even tell a laser had been used and instead thought we had clipped the ties. The healing process is also going great, so happy we went to Dr Thomas.

Dr. Thomas performed a frenectomy for both a lip and tongue tie on our three-month old son. Dr. Thomas made everything as wonderful as she could. Her calm demeanor, skill and experience are exactly what you'd want when having a procedure on your infant. She's incredible and we can't thank her enough! We're already seeing great results with our son, just a week in, and would recommend her to anyone/everyone!

My family has been under Dr. Thomas' care for more than 3 years now. She has done a frenectomy (lip) on my son who is now 2, but was 5 months at the time, and my second son when he was just a couple of weeks old. She has taken care of me, my wife and my 4 year old daughter as well. Dr. Thomas is a Pearl! Her love, patience, care and the time she takes to explain everything is hard to find. Her staff is great, relatable and easy to work with. She has her schedule done in such a way, where I have never waited very long ( a few minutes max) to be seen. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas and Enclave Dental for any of your or your families dental needs, from frenectomy, to children first dental visit, to adult care! We love Dr. Thomas and Staff!!

Before calling Enclave Dental, I was really hopeful. Holistic dentists are few and far between, and I have had bad experiences at allopathic dentists. The issue I needed resolving was a time sensitive one, and one that affected my every day living. As I never got to actually become a patient, I cannot comment on Dr Thomas. I'm sure she is great at what she does. My review is for the customer service (or lack thereof) displayed upon my calling the office. I am not sure which assistant I spoke with, but she said she has been in dentistry for 20 years. When I inquired about an appointment, I was told in a very rude manner that the doctor is booked out until April (three months away). My issue is not with the being booked out part, but with the poor manners of the person on the phone. After being told that, I asked if I could make an appointment for April. I was abruptly informed that if I was not serious about coming, they don't want to put me in their system. Why would I not be serious about coming? I called the office with the intention of coming, didn't I? She then told me that I would need to come in for exam and X-rays and that appointment would be in a few weeks. She didn't take down any of my information -- like telephone or email -- other than my name (I suppose because she was sure that I wasn't serious about coming). I then asked her very politely if she knew of a directory that I could consult that listed holistic dentists in the area (since she kept making it clear that they'd rather not have my business). I was informed that she has been in the dental field for 20 years and has never heard of another functional/holistic dentist. I was astounded. First of all, this person can't seriously think that Dr Thomas is the only holistic dentist in the whole world. Second of all, there is actually a Holistic Dentist Association that most holistic dentists are a part of. Third of all, what kind of manners are these? The person may have been having a bad day, but to so thoroughly put off a prospective patient by alienated them and making them feel unwanted is unprofessional and hurtful. I successfully found another holistic dentist on my own (Pride Dental in Arlington...look them up! They had lovely telephone manners and we're very helpful and kind...not condescending at all). It's safe to say I will not be going to Enclave Dental. Ever. And I will make sure to tell everyone I know to mark and avoid this place. Hopefully Dr Thomas sees this review and can impartially address the issues with her staff and their rudeness. Doubting a prospective patient's sincerity is NOT the way to do business.

I was excited to get in contact with Dr Thomas as I've heard great things about her. My child is 9 months and Has a lip tie so I was planning on getting that revised. Her website reads " If your child is younger than 12 months, fixing the lip/tongue tie is simple. Between the ages of 1 and 3 we may require the use of general anesthesia or conscious sedation -- for which we may have to bring in an anesthesiologist. Kids above the age of 4 can still be accommodated with nitrous oxide (laughing gas)." yet, when I called, Stacy answered and said that since my child is over 15 lbs she cannot perform a revision until my child is closer to 5 years old. I'm sure Dr. Thomas is great but the website needs updating or the receptionist may not need to answer questions regarding revisions.

My husband and I brought our two week old baby for a lip and tongue tie revision to Dr Thomas. She was absolutely amazing, kind, and unbiased. Her and her staff gave great customer service and had a wonderful bedside manner. We were referred to them by our birthing center and heard nothing but good things. We are so glad we chose Dr Thomas to do his procedure. Her and her staff educated us very well on what to expect and postop stretches, etc. Definitely recommend Enclave!

The worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. Go somewhere else for tongue and lip tie revisions, not here. It is evident she will laser any child that comes through her door whether it is appropriate or not and is only in this for the money. She does not care about the well-being of her patients. She will exploit you in your vulnerable moments as a concerned parent. She is unprofessional and patronizing. There were obvious HIPAA violations, with patients' info displayed on the screen for anyone to see. Dr. Thomas had clearly never read our information or reviewed our chart prior to either appointmuent. She was a TERRIBLE communicator, again not wanting to explain or educate and did not care about a good outcome, only caring about doing the procedure so she could charge over $600 and send you out the door. So very disappointed as both a parent and a fellow healthcare professional. I was shocked that she was recommended to us.

I highly recommend Enclave Dental! Dr. Thomas was recommended to us for our son's lip and tongue tie revision. The process was smooth, the staff was so sweet with our little boy and the final result was excellent. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, Dr. Thomas has a gentle and caring way with her patients that is truly unmatched. My husband and I were so impressed by Dr. Thomas and the service we received that we started seeing her as well. My husband's previous experience with dentists has not been the best so we couldn't be more grateful for the way Dr. Thomas and her staff educates us about the options without forcing us into anything. Thank you for taking such good care of our family!

Dr. Thomas may be great, as I have heard she is, but unfortunately the front desk staff can make or break an experience. They have been less than professional, less than helpful, and not true to their word. Do not recommend.
