Dr. Marian Yassa is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, where she earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Neuroscience. She then further advanced to the School of Dentistry, where she graduated with her dental degree. She continued her education by attending the General Practice Residency program at the Sepulveda Veterans Hospital in California. Dr. Yassa has been professionally practicing dentistry since and enjoys every day of it.
We go to dental school to learn how to perform dentistry the right way, then we graduate and realize that few ever practice that way. Dr. Yassa strives to remain active and educated in the ever-advancing field of dentistry.
She is easy to talk to and is empathetic to her patients, but she is also one of the finest dentists you can choose. In this way, she combines an approachable demeanor with trustworthy professionalism.
Whether you are a family member or not, she will treat you as if she is working on her mother, father, sister, brother, son, or daughter. In addition, here at Encino Family Dental, we do not offer anything less than the newest technology and a state of the art facility. We want to make your dental experience as convenient as possible, so we will provide comprehensive plans and treatment for all your general and specialty needs right here in our office whenever possible.

My family had a wonderful experience at Encino Family Dental. The Dr and staff were so friendly and accommodating. We are for sure going to return in the future. I highly recommend their office!!

I can't possibly say enough good things about Dr. Yassa. She is absolutely the best Dentist ever. She made my dental visit today so easy and calm. She explained everything to me which made me feel confident in my treatment today. Highly recommend.

Every step was well explained. Very easy to work with. Other dentists I have been to always make me feel like I'm being manipulated. Not so here. Will definitely recommend.

Fantastic!! I have been to a couple dentists in Encino, but have never had a better experience. Jasmine is extremely kind and compassionate, she put me at ease immediately. Dr. Yassa was very thorough and took time to explain the reasoning behind all of her recommendations. She has a very gentle touch and made sure I was comfortable through the entire visit. I would highly recommend Encino Family Dental.

This place is amazing. I hadn't been to the dentist in years (very embarrassed about this fact) but coming in, they did not shame me about it. They actually made me feel welcomed and they help me get my teeth back into shape. It made such a huge difference in my personal life. My wife and my son come here as well. Every time I walk in, they make me feel like part of the family. It's actually pretty amazing how much they remember from past visits. I highly recommend them if you're looking for an amazing dental office!

Dr. Yassa and Jazmin are the most sweetest people I've met at a dental office! I've been looking for a good team and i have finally found them! They've taken care of me so well from the first inicial call i made to schedule an appt to making me feel super calm when getting my wisdom teeth out. Any dental work is uncomfortable, but Dr. Yassa makes it feel really easy and almost no pain!!

Dr. Yassa and Jasmine are all stars! I recently switched dentists and I am so glad that I did. They were also able to squeeze me into the schedule the next day when I had a tooth emergency. I highly recommend Encino Family Dental.

I have had the best experience with Dr Yassa. My teeth cleanings are the best I have ever had, the least painful and sooth process. It feels good after. Dr Yassa also fixed a problem I had with a lower tooth that I had pain with for a few years. My previous dentist could not figure out what the issue was, he was talking about removing the tooth to root canal! Dr Yassa found that the filling was a bit cracked and suggested I get it redone. A simple process. I now have no more pain and can eat on that side again.

I first went to Dr Yassa last summer. They were so kind and fit me in their busy schedule during the summer to accommodate my limited availability over the summer. I appreciate Dr Yassa's warm personality to make me feel comfortable during my visits, especially when I had two cavities last year. She is not only kind, but also a talented dentist! I know I'm in great hands when I'm at Dr Yassa's! I'm a patient with a ton of dentist anxiety, so to find a trustworthy, reputable, and kind dentist is crucial to me. Last week Dr Yassa extracted my two impacted wisdom teeth. At first I was against this procedure since I didn't want to go through this again. She reassured me that it would be a simple extraction and I finally decided to have them removed. I appreciate Jasmin's patience when I asked a million and one questions about the recovery process and they were quite thorough with me so I knew exactly what to expect. I highly recommend Encino Family Dental and Dr Yassa.

I have been with Encino Family Dental for over one decade and have the most positive experience with regard to my dental needs. Dr. Yassa is the most professional and detailed dentist I've ever had. I don't know where to begin. I have a fear of going to the dentist and usually need medication to relax me. It had been over a decade since I've seen a dentist and was overdue for dental care. Well I said this year I was going to get over my fear and take care of me. I did a google search read reviews, and decided to go with Dr. Yassa. I'm so glad I did. First off, Jasmin assured me that I was in great hand and Dr. Yassa will take good care of me. She was absolutely correct. She listen to my concerns and my overall goal. I had a deep cleaning and two wisdom teeth extracted. I was nervous but I felt like I was in good hands. She let me know everything that was going on. She provided me with detailed instructions to care for myself at home. I was expecting to have a lot of pain the next day but to my surprise I did not! I felt like a new woman, a woman who had overcome her fear and I owe that to Dr. Yassa. I even told my daughter if she needs a dentist, Dr. Yass is the dentist to see. Thank you to Dr. Yassa, Jasmin, and the rest of the very pleasant Encino Family Dental team for taking great care of me! See you soon oh I forgot to mention, Dr. Yassa even called to check on me! That was a first.

Laying in the dentist chair always makes me nervous. Kate the X-ray Tech and doctor Yassa made me feel so comfortable I could have fell asleep. Highly recommend if the dentist makes you nervous.

Dr. Yassa is the best dentist I have ever had and this is the only dental office you should ever go to. This office is not the standard business that tries to get as many people in the door and doesn't care. Dr. Yassa cares about every client, and makes sure you're taken care of from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. Unlike other dental offices, at Encino Family Dental you are attended to by Dr. Yassa for the entire appointment and it's an incredible feeling! Her staff is also so sweet and courteous and remembers you every time you come - it's a breath of fresh air! Go to Encino Family Dental and Dr. Yassa - you won't regret it!
