Dr. Annette Middelhof is the compassionate lead dentist and owner of Enchanting Dentistry. She has a passion for helping people to smile, instill self-confidence and achieve optimal oral health, ultimately contributing to their overall health.
Dr. Middelhof attended the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan, where she earned her DMD (Doctor in Dental Medicine) in 1999. After graduating, she moved to New York City where she stayed 2 years doing advanced training in General Dentistry and Dental Medicine in hospitals affiliated with Cornell University and Cornell Medical Center. After the 2 years of intensive dental training, she took the North East Regional Board and obtained her license to practice dentistry in New York State.
Soon after, Dr. Middelhof moved back to Puerto Rico, where she took the Regional Dental Board and opened her own dental practice. After getting married to her husband Christophe, they decided to live in Plantation, Florida where she took the Florida Dental Board in order to practice dentistry in Florida. She first worked as an associate for two years and then opened her own dental practice, Enchanting Dentistry.
She founded Enchanting Dentistry in 2007 with the aim to provide life-changing dentistry and a unique patient experience to ensure that every patient ends his/her treatment fully enchanted with the experience.
Dr. Annette Middelhof stays current on the latest advances in dentistry so that her patients receive the finest dental care. Because she is tireless in the pursuit of dental excellence her level of continuous education is rare among general dentists. She continuously investigates whether new and innovative dental techniques and equipment can benefit her patients and provide the highest level of care.

Warning do not go to this dentist. The original dentist Dr.Middelhoff sold the practice to another dentist and they Would not help me with my issue I went in there yesterday because of a crown Dr.M did for me and I've been through excruciating pain since and Well no one wants to accept accountability. They would not resolve my issue or help me, he said the pain was possibly due to bacteria and wanted to charge me $600 just to clean the bottom left quadrant of my mouth that way the endodontist can see what he's doing LOL they're scam. No cleaning was going to help the pain that I was going through ! Don't put yourself in this situation there's plenty of good dentists out there find someone else

I have been coming to this office for over 5 years now and I absolutely love it. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, however, Dr. Middelhof and her staff are super friendly and they all have a calming nature that allows me to feel relaxed. Thank you for all that you do for your patients!

Excellent staff and the doctor is amazing, I have a serious fear and trust issues with doctors due to past experiences however she made sure I was comfortable and walked me through each process. This doctor is outside of my plan but she was able to gain my trust on the first visit and trust me I've needed major work done. I would highly recommend this office!!!

Okay so you're probably reading all of the comments and thinking this place must pay people to give them five star ratings..... but they don't! Fortunately the high ratings are super real and accurate. Rise your hand if you like going to the dentist!.... Oh yeah I do and if you go here you will too! Pros: *It's SUPER clean (I have a little OCD and I've looked for any spot of dirt and I haven't found one. Not even in the high ceilings.) *If you have insurance it's truly affordable. (I'm a college graduate and avid contributer of Sallie Mae and I can pay to go here.) *The staff. Extremely nice, beyond professional and knowledgeable as heck! (I'm pretty sure they have to take a hospitality course to work here cause man they're on top of everything!) *The overall experience is like no other. So I'm mentioning all these great things, but I didn't mention the welcome package, the chamomile tea, blanket or nosie cancelling headphones. Cons: *Every dentist isn't like this. *You will want to come back (no seriously I don't like to miss appointments.) *You'll walk out feeling like you left a spa instead of a dentist. Trust me. Try them, you won't regret it.

Absolutely amazing! The only dentist office that makes you WANT to go to the dentist. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Maria, my hygienist is as gentle as can be. And Dr Middlehof is a dream. Looking forward to my next cleaning!!

I have been going to enchanting dentistry for the past 7 months now and I must say I'm overly satisfied with the service I receive each and every visit. Dr Annette Middlelhof and her staff welcomes you and makes sure your comfortable, because going to the dentist can be nerve reconning at times. I would highly recommend enchanting dentistry
