Prices are ridiculous with no insurance, $105.00 just for a consultation with the dentist only thing they did was X-ray. Other places give you that for free. I won't be back

These dentists will lie to you about having cavities. They will destroy your teeth and fill it with resin in order to make a quick buck. The assistants are incredibly rude; they will also refuse to work with your insurance. I have had to pay for second and third opinions OUT OF POCKET after visiting this establishment only to be told that my teeth were perfectly fine. Do yourself a favor and find a better dentist, as these are grifters of the worst kind. I have sent a complaint to the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, as accountability must be held, even if nothing comes of it.

Long wait times, dentist was rude and had an offensive bedside manner, entire practice seems to revolve around cosmetic work only with no ability to do actual procedures to correct real problems. Going to my appointment today proved to be a waste of time.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Susan for eight years and she has been awesome. She is very organize and always taking care of our concerns. We always leave with a clear understanding that we have been taken care of. Thanks #teamechantedsmiles

Real friendly people and shout out to the kid named "Kyan" very good person.. Great people... and awesome awesome work... Definitely worth it.

Dentist was very nice, staff too, but I spend 4 hrs just seating, and when it was time to do the dental procedure , the manager came to tell me they had an emergency and I have to change my appointment for the next day, staff stared preparing everything anyway to do proceed with the cleaning once the person started working on my mouth someone called her to go and assist another customer, I asked her what happened and she told me the doctor is on her way, doctor never appears, the manager came back again to tell the person that was there with me that she told them to move my appointment for the next day, manager told me is done you can go, I was with the paste on my mouth, she did not even ask for anything.

They are not worth the headache. The staff in the front doesn't know what they are doing when it comes to the paper work and charges.

So this office is closed Fri-Sun. I called Monday morning to cancel my appt due to strep throat and they charge me a $25 cancellation fee. Well I was told they would waive the fee but the day of my new appt, I was told they could not waive the fee. As a new patient, how do you know u can leave a voicemail to cancel when most appointments are made with a person? Bad business practices to me. After reading the other reviews....shame on me for not paying attention. New Dentist search continues!

Good prices and budget friendly, but they take so long to do anything!!! I spent 30 mins in the waiting room and another hour in the chair. This isn't the only time I have waited a long time to be seen.
