Jacqueline has been with our practice since 2016, and she has nearly a decade of dental experience overall. She likes being able to work with children and having the opportunity to communicate with parents about the importance of their childs oral health. She attended Lonestar College and Houston Dental Assisting School. Originally from Houston, most of her free time is spent raising her two beautiful girls.
Amy brings 24 years of dental experience to our practice, and she comes to work every day eager to help children have a great time in our office while benefiting from the best care possible. She has certifications in dental sealants, coronal polishing, and nitrous oxide sedation.
Amy and her husband have been married for 24 years and are the proud parents of two dogs. When not hanging out with family, her favorite things to do include fishing, camping, and riding on the back of her husbands motorcycle. She also loves to travel and says that Disney World is her favorite place on Earth!
Dominique brings 13 years of dental experience to our team, and she loves making people smile and changing the way people view dentistry. She attended the Everest Institute and is certified to provide nitrous oxide sedation. Her hobbies include astronomy, candle making, gaming, and artshe likes to color and utilize her creativity wherever she can.
Isabel became a part of our dental family in 2021, and she has 7 years of experience. For her, the job is all about helping others, whether this means a child, a parent, or her fellow team members. She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and likes to spend as much time outdoors as she can.
Karen says that the best part of her job is building trusting relationships with her patients and their parents, and its extremely fulfilling working alongside her fellow team members and watching the positive changes they can make in childrens lives. After completing her dental assistant training, she earned certifications in dental sealants and coronal polishing.
Kilie joined our team in 2021, and she loves seeing kids get excited about coming to the dentist when they were previously nervous. She attended dental assisting school in San Jose, CA and has her license for both dental sealants and coronal polishing. She has a lot of experience working with children on the spectrum as well as those with sensory needs and knows how to help them feel comfortable in the office.
Kilie, her boyfriend, and their dog, Daytona (a lab mix), moved to Texas in 2020. When she isnt just relaxing on the couch with them, she enjoys going to concerts, riding bikes, and trying new restaurants.
Kelis became a part of our team in 2021, and her sole mission is to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our office so that every child and parent are always in great hands when they come to see us. She received her training from the Houston Dental Assistants School. Outside of the practice, she is an accomplished singer, and she likes to go bowling, hang out at the beach, and spend time with friends and family.
Gina joined our team in 2017. She has a love and passion for dentistry for 30+ years. Her focus is to make your entire dental experience as smooth and informed as possible. Building solid relationships with our patients and their families is her favorite part of the job.
Haley says that the most rewarding part of her job is helping children find joy and confidence in their smiles! Her goal is to make your childs visit as comfortable and fun as possible. She received her training at the Lamar Institute of Technology, and when not at work, she likes to read, bake, and paint.
Lauren joined our team in 2015 and is a 30+ year dental veteran! For her, the best thing about her job is seeing her little patients have a great dental experience that leaves them smiling as they walk out the door. She is originally from Beaumont, TX and completed her dental hygiene training at Lamar University.
Lauren is the proud mother of two sons, Nicholas and Jeremy. She and her husband, Rick, enjoy going to concerts, sporting events, and traveling together, especially to Fredericksburg and areas of Tennessee. Growing up, she actually lived in Cuba for a few years in the 1970s (her dad was in the Navy), which instilled a lifelong love of Latin culture and cuisine.
The first thing we do for special needs patients is try to help them feel comfortable in our office. From there, we work with parents to put together a treatment plan to address any issues that might be present, and we also formulate an effective and practical hygiene plan for home. When all of these elements come together, taking care of a childs smile becomes much easier, plus many problems can be prevented before they even start.
We see a lot of children who are particularly sensitive to certain sights, smells, and sounds that are common in a dental office, which is why were always happy to make accommodations when needed. We can turn down the lights, make sure there is a calming scent, and ensure a quiet and calm atmosphere so your child feels right at home.
