Always love coming to see Dr Gomez. And now that her son Dr. Croddy works there as well, it is such a wonderful feeling to see them working side by side. I always feel at home when I go for my dental work. Would recommend anyone to go there. Thanks Dr. Gomez and Dr. Croddy!

Dr Arlenita is very accommodating and wonderfully friendly! She gave us a great deal with the pricing considering our insurance wouldn't cover what was needed. Not only that, we have to get a tooth pulled for my daughter. My daughter had a lot of anxiety about it. Dr Arlenita was so sweet and let her walk back to see where she was going to sit and choose which movie she would watch. She helped my daughter feel so comfortable and she is excited about her appointment! We haven't had work done here yet but I'm already loving it. Will follow up with updated review

We were very satisfied with the service and care we received with Enchanted Dental Care. As always Dr. David Croddy's hands were steady and gentle. What I love most in this place is the cleanliness and feel like we are part of the family every time we come here. Thanks Dr. Arlenita and Dr. David Croddy. You are a great team!!

I have not had a good experience from the moment I made my first appointment. The day of my appointment I arrived at the office after taking time off of work only to find that the office was closed. I left a voice message expressing my disappointment and received a phone call the 2 days later. When they called they apologized yet still deflected and said it was because I didn't confirm the appointment. Although I had a bad experience I still gave them a chance. My son is EXTREMELY afraid of dentists and we had previously had a horrible experience, so when I contacted this dentist I expected something different. When my son first saw Dr. Crody he felt comfortable and I was happy with it. He needed a lot of work done and immediately they suggested that we put him under anesthesia. We had never been in this situation before, so when they gave us our treatment plan they said it would cost a non-refundable $600 to close down the facility and an additional $700 for the anesthesiologist. This is not including the actual treatment which is another $1,200+. Needless to say, my son is double covered. We knew he had to have the work done so we paid the $600. When I asked the doctor if there was any other way we could do the treatment, she wouldn't even consider any other treatment. I finally got a phone call back 2 weeks after I paid $600 to confirm my dental treatment. They said I had to pay a non refundable $350 for the anesthesiologist so I gave them my card information. A week later I still had not seen it withdrawn from my account so I called the office. Kayla, the office manager is poor at communicating. She often doesn't have the answers to my questions and fails to call me back. When she finally did call me back she told me it was because I never filled out the paperwork for the anesthesiologist. SHE NEVER TOLD ME I HAD TO FILL OUT ANY PAPERWORK. When I asked her where I can find the paperwork she told me to google the anesthesiologist and he should come up. I have been dealing with this office since December of 2018 and my son has STILL not had any treatment. I recently went for a second opinion at a different dentist and let me tell you, it is like night and day. Not only did they say we don't have to put my son under anesthesia but they are able to do the treatment NEXT WEEK. They would prefer to build rapport and trust with my son by doing a less invasive treatment first and then doing the extractions the following week. Dr. Crody hasn't done one single thing with my sons teeth. She barely even looked in his mouth before throwing up her hands and saying "well there isn't another way." It's not just about the money (some of it is), it is also about putting my son under anesthesia. THAT IS MAJOR to me. The fact that she wouldn't even consider anything else is preposterous!

I went through a whole year of my wisdom teeth falling apart while trying to figure out insurance and other demands that western dental needed in order to pull my teeth. This gentle and caring woman did it in an hour! I healed so well with the careful care instructions that she gave me and she even called later that day to ask how I was doing. So great! Will always recommend!

Dr. Gomez-Croody is amazing!!! I have a daughter who is truly phobic of needles. Flu shots, vaccinations, anything is always fraught with tears and hysteria. When we learned from a dentist she had cavities, and she learned there were needles, she went up the wall and we were talking about sedation dentistry. But someone told me about Dr. Gomez-Croody and how amazing she is with children. We met with her, and wow! My daughter didn't need to be sedated. She didn't even know there was a needle being used to numb her mouth. She started out fearful, but soon relaxed and has had all 4 cavities filled without incident. The office is clean, the dentist is clear and thorough in explaining the situation, and the staff is kind and works with you in the most delightful way. I cannot recommend this practice enough.
