I was born and raised in Las Vegas and graduated from Eldorado High School. I received my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas graduating summa cum laude. While in dental school, I was accepted to the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center, where I completed a 30 month residency in the specialty of Orthodontics, as well as, a Masters of Science degree.
My history in the orthodontic field spans over 2 decades, involving experience in all positions within the office. Through the many years, I have truly found my passion for the many facets of orthodontics. I love meeting new people, developing relationships and working with my patients to achieve the smile they have always wanted.
Dr. Reardon was born in Omaha, Nebraska. Even as a small child, he wanted to be an orthodontist. After attending college and dental school at Creighton University, Dr. Reardon served as a captain in the Army Dental Corp.
He then went to Loyola University in Chicago, where he received a master's degree and his certificate of specialty. Dr. Reardon remained on the Loyola faculty as an assistant professor of orthodontics.
Although he received his Nevada dental license in 1976, he initially formed a partnership in a private practice in North Hollywood, California. Dr. Reardon moved to Las Vegas in 1997 and set up his office here.
Through continuous review of scientific literature and postgraduate courses, Dr. Reardon maintains a cutting-edge approach to advances in orthodontics. His staff also attends various courses to learn ways to provide the best comprehensive care possible. Dr. Reardon is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics as well as a Diplomat on the American Board of Orthodontists and a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists. I was born and raised in Northern California and moved to Las Vegas in 1995 which started my career in Orthodontics. I have a beautiful adult daughter,Skye, and a handsome adult son,Kyle. Two male French Bulldogs, 1 male Basenji, and 1 female Chihuahua.I enjoy cooking and spending time with family, friends, and my fur babies.
I am married with four very energetic children. I was raised in southern California where I was a medical assistant for four years. I moved to Las Vegas in 2001 and joined Dr. Reardon's orthodontic team in 2002.

I've been going here before Dr. Reardon has left the building, but with Dr. Ence, it's like nothing has change. Staff is great and very welcoming. Highly recommend this ortho if you're looking for one.

I always have a great experience when I come to the office. Even though it's been 3 years since I've had my braces off if I need anything in regards to my retainer I always call and they help! Everyone is always so nice! Best orthodontist office EVER! And not to mention my smile is to die for!

I went to Dr. Reardon for my braces and the transition from Dr. Reardon to Ence was incredible. Dr. Ence and her team have always been extremely helpful with any problems I had with my permanent retainers. I know if I have a problem I can give them a quick call and get in the same day (sometimes the same hour) to have my problem fixed. Everyone is very kind!

My husband came here and I also came here years ago for our treatment and just came for my son today and it's still an absolutely amazing orthodontist. From the staff to the doctor, from the X-rays to payment arrangement everything about this place is 5 stars. We have our oldest at another orthodontist only because they were referred and were close and we wish we could move him to this place. Highly recommend to anyone who needs orthodontist treatment.

I have been with this orthodontist office for over 20 years. They have always been professional and friendly. They made my teeth beautiful and I will continue coming in for maintenance one or twice a year until I'm too old to care about my teeth. They are highly recommended by me!!!

Had a great visit with Dr. Ence and her office. Had an unexpected break in my permanent retainer which I had done at 20 years ago in my small home town in NC. Dr. Ence accepted me despite having previous work and immediately removed the broken piece to provide relief. She offered me a practical solution afterwards for a very reasonable fee. The staff is personable and kind, facilities clean and comfortable. I would recommend 1000%!

Love this place! Started coming when I was 15 for braces and now 11 years later still come back to get repairs done on my permanent retainers, staff is always so sweet and helpful and the orthodontists have been amazing!! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience today at my visit! I called at lunchtime and was able to get in the same day! Michelle and Tamatha were so sweet and lovely! Very kind and attentive. Loved talking with them! Tamatha took care of my broken brace on my tooth, and fixed it right up! I left very happy! Thank you again, Ence Orthodontics! I highly recommend them. :-)

I have been a customer of Ence Orthodontics since the days when it was Dr. Reardon. Recently I had a wire on the back of my bottom row of teeth become exposed and it was poking me, causing a lot of pain. Michelle at Ence got me in right away and took care of the problem today within 15 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the excellent service and quality experience that I had today! I came to this orthodontist office years ago as a kid and have been using my retainers ever since. Today my dog got to my retainers and needed new ones. Almost 17 years later and I came right in same day to get new retainers. Client for life, I'd say so :)

I have been going here for many, many years, since before it was Ence Orthodontics, to replace my retainers every now and then. I remember when I first got my braces, I was so thankful that they were able to make it work without pulling any teeth. Another office had told us I would have to. Looking back, I couldn't be happier we never let that happen. Since the change, the staff has been just as friendly and helpful. The staff is straightforward when needed but always takes care of clients. Very happy with them.
