After graduating from dental school, Dr. Patel and Dr. Chodavadia each worked for large dental companies and gained years of valuable experience. However, the impersonal nature of big business dentistry left them feeling that they could offer more for patients in Austin. Dr. Patel and Dr. Chodavadia wanted to create a practice where they could spend quality time getting to know patients and understand their needs, and cultivate an environment both patients and their team could enjoy. Very bad experience. They failed to tell me that I'm out of network even tho I provided my insurance ahead of time. And they just gave me multiple scans and pics based on my insurance representative they usually don't be at the same day like that so they they had to deny some of them and after all after the visit I only end up with bunch of scans and thry didn't clean my teeth or do anything usefull. Don't go there abd save yourself time and money!

Great place I loved it.I have been by it so many times I didn't know that it was a Dental office there.I live right down the street and it is very convenient for me. Everybody was so nice and I really enjoyed my experience of being there..

My teeth still feel clean! I enjoyed myself in the domain area. I felt safe and my teeth are in better shape than when I arrived. I was able to watch tv sitting up and laying down. The Dr gave me a clear path to a beautiful smile that was pretty affordable. I was given 3 options to take and set up for a follow up appointment. Thanks for the customer service and the awesome work! I recommend Enamel for all your dentistry needs. Straight up!!!!!

This dental office destroyed my mouth. I had 8 areas that they told me needed to be filled due to the fact that I grind my teeth. I had some sensitivity on the lower side but not bad. They said this would fix any sensitivity I had so I said yes. Fast forward to the procedure, the dentist had no idea how to numb me so I felt most of the work that was being done. It was the most horrifying experience of my life and that isn't even the worst part. I now am in pain 24 hours a day. If the wind blows wrong my teeth ache. I can barely eat anything hard any more. I can't brush my teeth with anything but a child's tooth brush because of the pain it causes. After this I complained and they sent in another dentist that must have just graduated because all she could say was let me get back in there and grind the work done down. At this point I was like no one here is ever touching me again. I went to the front and filed a complaint. Not one phone call, care or concern was given. They could care less that they have destroyed my day to day life!! Absolute worst dental office ever! They do a good teeth cleaning but that is it. They make you do more work than is needed and if they do anything wrong they do not correct or even care! If I could give negative stars I would, no one deserves to ever go through what I went through.

The best dentist my husband, teenage son and I have had. Best in Austin I believe. Dr Dillon Patel and Dr Ravin are both rock star dentists and so patient and wonderful to work with. They also do a thorough job of cleaning etc. We did not feel rushed. Glad we found the perfect dentistry for our family.

My second visit to Enamel Dentistry was again very pleasant. Rebecca greeted me with a friendly smile. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Dillon Patel was very thorough in explaining my issues and a suggested treatment plan. He is a knowledgeable and thorough dentist. I would most definitely recommend him and his staff to take care of your dental needs.

Dr. Patel is the best! He's a good listener and knows all the dental topics. The office is very entertaining. They play good music and you can watch Netflix too.

My tooth suddenly started giving me excruciating pain and I couldn't sleep or eat and they got me in within that same day I called and were all so nice and helpful. My dentist was incredible and so sweet and made sure to keep checking on me since he knew I was incredibly anxious. Thank you for making this scary thing be a little bit more comfortable
