Dr. David Choi lived in the West Loop for five years while studying at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery. During his third and fourth years in school, he was recognized for clinical and academic excellence, and his professional dedication and exceptional commitment to dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Chicago Dental Society.
Dr. Choi worked at private dental practices in Wheeling and Des Plaines before returning to the West Loop to open his own practice. In just one year, he has gained a loyal following, not only because he takes the time to know his patients, but also because he invests in his business to offer top quality service and care. He believes the best treatment plans begin with listening and learning.
When he is not in the office, Dr. Choi spends time with his wife and dog in the West Loop where he also lives. Hes a self-proclaimed health fanatic and maintains a regular workout schedule so that he can eat his way through Chicagos famous culinary scene.
At Enamel Dental, we are a West Loop Dentist Office that approaches treatment with the focus on making clients feel heard and understood. This is integral to promoting dental care and health. Once all of the data is collected from the X-Rays and clinical exams, our team is able to analyze that data and create an effective treatment plan. Once this treatment plan is created, we take the time to understand the patients needs and desires through genuine dialogue.
Our practice focuses on really listening and educating patients about what they need and why they need it. We look at the potential risks and benefits of the treatment plan. Focusing on educating patients, we never try to sell them on something if it isnt what they want. We lay out all of the options and solutions and then following the doctors personal recommendation.
To reduce any extra anxiety we do provide minimal conscious oral sedation or nitrous oxide. At Enamel Dental Studio, we take pride in every procedure we perform. Our patients know that they will leave with excellent work. We want you to look good and feel great about your dental health.

I have been seeing Dr. Choi for over 2 years now to restore the health of my teeth. I have been very impressed with the quality and professionalism of his work. I am very glad to have found him. He is the best!

I want to say Dr Choi is amazing at what he does and the office is a great environment to come to. I emailed Dr Choi about a wisdom tooth removal because it has chipped and was hurting. He did not hesitate to have me come in and he went straight to work. He numbed me so well I did not feel a thing! And before I knew it he was DONE!!!! I am sitting there shocked and amazed because my last dentist was not as easy as Enamel Dental. I left in shock like wow! I recommend this place to any one looking for a new dentist. Dr Choi and his team Really care about their customers and I appreciate all that they do if I could give 10 stars I would.

My fiance and I both had a lot of anxiety over our appointments due to negative experiences with other dentists. Dr. Choi and his team were not only thorough, friendly and gentle, but put as at ease. I'm so happy we have a new dental team to care for our needs (and boy do we have a lot of needs). Such a positive experience!!

Absolutely love my dentist and hygienist. All staff is professional, friendly and caring. Been coming here for a year and I love this place!! The doctor communicates the treatment very well and is patient to answer any of my questions.

All staffs in the dentist are phenomenal. They are kind and helpful. Making an appointment at your desired time can be somewhat difficult as this place can be really busy. But, you can always work with staff to find your appointment time. They will work with you. When it comes to treatment, Dr. Choi is professional and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend people who are looking for good dentist, this is the place to go.

I waited several months for the first visit and never regretted it. I was very impressed by Dr. Choi's professional but very warm care to all of our family. Also, whenever we needed special treatment he visualized the estimated cost, so there was no surprise at all. Not only the doctor, but also the staff were very kind and helped us in a timely manner. Just like all the reviews say this is an amazing practice. Dr Choi is super honest and offers multiple treatment options. And the hygenist makes you feel so at ease and is so gentle while giving your teeth an amazing cleaning. If you've had bad experiences in the past then you want to go to Enamel Dental Studio they will totally ease you into it
