This was the best dental experience I have ever had. All of the staff at enamel dental were kind, polite and professional. Dr. Palhan and the hygienist were both very gentle with my exam and cleaning. I highly recommend Dr. Palhan at Enamel Dental. You won't be disappointed.

Got compliments about my oral hygiene any time I visit the office I have been given a great honest advice today that Colgate toothpaste is cheaper and more effective than Senaodyne!! The staff is very professional and DrPalhan is very patient. The hygienist is sweet and awesome

Dr. Palhan has a conservative approach towards dental treatment and does not make you pay for dental work that can be easily fixed by maintaining good oral hygiene. It's hard to find a dentist like that and for this reason I will be continuing to seek care under her and her caring staff.

The dentist is super friendly. But the receptionist pretends that she is a dentist and even though she seems friendly, she is border line irritating. The Dentist is very friendly & skilful but she was adamant to do crowns on 2 deep cavities instead of cleaning and filling them first & waiting for a few days to see if pain returns & forced me cough up 650$ for each crown on the day of treatment. I was lucky to get an opinion from a Dental College & find another highly rated dentist in a blue collar neighborhood of Dallas, and I ended up paying 50$ for each filling & saved 1300$ and the other dentist did a wonderful job on the filling & did not recommend a crown! If Enamel Dental asks you to go for a crown, go to another dentist (outside valley ranch & coppell) to get a 2nd opinion. Also the numbing injection this dentist gives on the gums hurts a lot. The other dentist applied a numbing gel first and then gave the injection and I did not feel a thing. Bottomline is - this is a business and they have to pay for liability insurance, office overhead and their medical college bills!

My experiences at enamel dental office was disappointing. I booked an appointment with Dr. Palhan about a bottom tooth on the right side of my mouth that has been cause me great pain. I went to see her and got a full x-ray. However, when we were discussing my teeth, I specifically spoke to her about that one tooth and how much pain it has been cause me. She said their was nothing wrong with that tooth but the tooth above the bottom tooth was infected and needed a root canal. Even though, I had doubts on rather or not my top tooth really needed a root canal; I still went with Dr.Palhan opinion over mine because she is a professional dentist person. However, when she recommend me to the specialist to fix my tooth he did not know which tooth exactly needed the root canal because he kept testing other teeth around the top tooth Dr.Palhan claimed needed a root canal. After, a few days of getting my root canal I went to the dentist office for a check up and to shape my tooth. Then, I brought up the bottom tooth again to her letting her know that I still have extremely bad pain in that tooth and showing her that a bump has formed on my gum line on the outside of that tooth. Then, when I gave her a phone call about bump she had me come in to see the tooth and her answer was that " there was nothing wrong with that tooth or bump on the gum line." So, I decided to get a second opinion at a different dentist office. This current dentist office is locating in Cedar Hill and I explained to the dentist and she took just a small x-ray of that specific bottom tooth and prescribed me a medication for infection for the bump and a root canal procedure for that too. Therefore, do NOT come to Enamel Dental because they will waste anybody's time and money saying a person needs a specific procedure done But, in reality may not or at least not for that tooth. So, they can just up charger to get money out of the situation. At the end of the day, I ended up coming here and spending a lot of time and money just to still have pain.

My experience at Enamel Dental was EXCELLENT!!!! All staff is very professional and polite! Dr. Palhan vas very nice, gentle, and honest. She explained to me the cleaning she was going to do on me and only did what was needed definitely found myself a new Dentist and will for sure be going back here!

Highly recommend Dr. Palhan! She and her staff are incredibly personable and knowledgeable. It's clear that she truly cares for her patients and wants to ensure they get the best, most comfortable care. Hands down the best dentist I've been to.

I've been going to Enamel Dental for a year and a half and honestly look forward to it every time, which I don't think most people do when thinking about the dentist! That's how great the staff is, and Dr. Palhan takes great care of her patients. It's been so easy for me to recommend my coworkers to come to her!
