Dr. Jacob Tazik was born and raised in Wyomissing, PA. He first moved to the Lehigh Valley to attend Moravian College, where he received a Bachelor of Science in biology with honors in 2011. Shortly after, Dr. Tazik moved to the west coast to attend dental school at the University of Southern California and graduated in 2016. Dr. Tazik has since moved back to the Valley to be closer to friends and family. In addition to dentistry, Dr. Tazik is an avid runner, traveler and motorsports enthusiast. He is very passionate about providing the highest quality of dental care for his patients.
Jennifer Office ManagerIve been working with Dr. Chaudhry over 13 years, beginning as his chairside dental assistant, then transitioning to the office manager role. I love being part of this great team giving our patients smiles they are proud to show to the world. I live in Northampton with my husband, daughter and granddaughter. In my spare time, I love to bake and craft anything and everything I can get my hands on!
Sharon Dental HygienistI graduated from Northampton Area Community College and have been in the dental field for over 25 years. Ive been part of the team at Emrick Dental for over two years. I love educating my patients and helping them improve their oral health. My husband and I live in the Lehigh Valley and have two daughters and five grandchildren whom I love to spend every chance I get with! When Im not working, I love to travel.
Abbie Dental AssistantI grew up in Palmerton Pennsylvania. I completed the dental assisting program at Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting in Whitehall, graduating in December of 2016. Ive been working chairside with both Dr. Chaudhry and Dr. Tazik since November of 2018 and look forward to a long future at Emrick Dental. When Im not at the office I enjoy spending time with my daughter, Kendal.

Dr. Tazik is a true professional, and great dentist. He was incredibly flexible and accommodating. He fixed a chipped front tooth and made it look even better than before. Thank you Dr. Tazik!

I am now into full treatment with Dr. Chaudry and his brother Dr. Chaudry the oral surgeon. Very happy with the process they have treated me very kindness and all of the staff are very helpful with this difficult process. I will keep you posted. awesome dental office and I am an anti dentite!!!!lol dr. Chaudry and his assistant i think her name was super great. completely put me at ease explained everything very clearly and worked super lightly to touch my mouth because it hurt so bad. i hope going to his brother next door is as delightful as this appointment went. very good listening skills, open to many questions, super problem solver and shows products and shows how teeth work will be done so it was very educational for me . lisa licastro baluh totally recommend!!!

Dr. Asad is awesome. He is very caring does excellent work and makes time to explain everything in detail to patients. He is extremely knowledgeable and more importantly he shares all details and spends time with patients. He is also extremely meticulous and highly detailed. Excellent and very caring staff as well who always put the needs of their patients first. Called and they took me in minutes. A+++++++++ fantastic !!!!

Incredible experience, perfect place if you are fearful of dental work or need a dentist and staff that are thorough and will take their time with you, give explanations and provide a plan. Don't hesitate to schedule, you won't regret it.

Dr.Chaudry and his dental staff are excellent. He has a gentle touch and he works quickly. He is very caring and kind. On a scale of1 to 10 his dental work is a 15 off the charts! He is an exceptional dentist. He has done route canals and I feel no pain, filled cavities and caps on me. My entire family goes to him.
