I have been go to this dental office since I was a kid with my parents. Now I am returning after I return to work in New York. The front desk is always very kind. They keep their schedule. I have cleaning and fillings done. All went well.

Zero star if I can give! Horrible customer services! The frontdesk workers all don't know anything and kept asking you to call back and no resolutions provided ever. They are all rude including the manager who just hung up on me over the phone. Nobody wants to do work there and suggested you to see other dentists more than one occasion. Many calls were made to have them submit claims to insurance and they never did. After several months, they insisted it is patient responsibility if the payment was made out of pocket. Never dealt with other providers like them before. Others would help and reimburse back in this kind of situation.They refused to submit claim for customer even though a claim could be retroactive per insurance due to FMLA. Now they make me do their work. Please avoid this practice. Don't get me wrong...Nice dentist but the customer services are absolutely horrible. You do not want the headache!
