Amazing!!! Such wonderful experience. Doctor took time and explained everything. Staff was so kind an professional throughout the entire experience. Definitely recommend! I would give them 10 stars!

After laying down and getting my teeth looked at I got marched up to the front to pay my $400 dollar bill before they would do anything. What if I didn't have that kind of money right then and there. $185 for a literal 3 minute consultation.

Everything about this establishment was absolutely phenomenal from A to Z. I was experiencing major tooth pain and needing a root canal, and other dentists had told me I'd have to wait weeks at least before any work could be done on it. Luckily for me, I decided to give Empire Endodontics a call and the receptionist, Kim, was not only able to get me in the very next day but was unbelievably helpful, polite, and accomodating. When I arrived, the novelty stayed the same, and I was given my root canal very quickly and easily in a comfortable setting by the doctor and his assistant. To put the icing on the cake, I was having some difficulties with my insurance claim, and it hadn't gone through until a day later. However, Kim took the liberty of filling out my refund claim and sending it to my insurance without me even asking! This place is excellent, and if you're experiencing tooth pain, this is the place to go, hands down.

An amazing experience from beginning to end. From flexibility of appointments, communicating insurance and coverage, the procedure and aftercare this place is a 10/10 for any of your endodontic needs.

Wonderfully informative, friendly staff. Kim was helpful beyond measure! Very happy with Dr.Y, he was excellent at explaining and caused me no pain. I hope I never need another root canal but if I do, I know where I'm going!

I just had my root canal done here and they're amazing! I highly recommend even if you have to pay out of pocket! They're very accommodating, it was pain free and the dentist and hygienist was amazing! The secretary is so friendly as well! 10/10 recommend!!

The best Endodontics facility in the upstate region! Very friendly and professional service! The receptionist is very kind and sweet. The place is neat and tidy. Great experience!

If (when) I'm unfortunate to need another root canal, I will 100% go back to Empire Endodontics. I've never been there before but they are "in-network" so I was going there regardless. Thankfully they rock. Friendly staff. Doctor and his assistant know what they are doing. The place is clean and newly renovated as well. They did so well that I am actually writing a review about a root canal.

I had a lot of pain, due to an abscess tooth. Dr Y was very accommodating in getting me an appointment for my root canal. The office is clean, and modern. Everyone was super polite, and easy to deal with. A great office environment. Highly recommend!

I unfortunately have had several root canals and this was the first time it was completely PAIN FREE! Very sweet and knowledgeable receptionist, the technicians were kind and keep you comfortable. The doctor is patient and kind. I am a big chicken and am phobic of all things dental. The doctor and his entire staff treated me with kindness and respect. This is also the first root canal I have ever received where my gums were not all torn up with wounds left behind. I had weeks of pain after previous root canals while these careless wounds healed. I left this office with my mouth in better shape than when I arrived. recommend this facility.

Very professional. Staff is great!! Atmosphere is relaxing and clean. Dr. Yeganegi explains all procedures in detail. Thought I needed a root canal. Dr performed a thorough exam and consultation and I didn't need the root canal. Spent a lot of time giving advice on what I needed to do next. Highly recommend this office!!!

The only bad thing about this place is the fact that the Dr. doesn't do all facets of dentistry!! I actually chose to go outside my insurance network to these people and I'd rather pay because of the reasons I am about to mention... From Dr. Y to the staff was terrific. His receptionist (I sadly forgot her name) was PHENOMENAL she was hugely helpful and accommodating & sweet... (something that's hard to find nowadays)! I must've bugged her on the phone five different times before I finally made the appointment! She got me in asap and helped me with my insurance nightmare! Dr. Y spent a ton of time with me & gave incredible explanation & information he also gave multiple suggestions & didn't just trying to pushing me into root canal treatment first! Dr.Y was knowledgeable and patient with all my ridiculous amount of questions!! On top of it all it's a beautifully clean place and environment. It's nice to go into any dental and feel it's a safe clean environment! I will recommend anybody to go to Dr.Y like I said the biggest downfall is that he doesn't do all facets of dentistry because I would never leave!

I am not a fan of dentistry (who really is???) Empire Endodontics, however, has made me a believer! Everyone was very professional as well as friendly. I was greeted and everyone used my name. The procedure (a root canal ) was explained to me before hand. The doctor and his assistant were superb. The office is clean and relaxing. And can I tell you the best part of all?? NO PAIN AT ALL DURING THE PROCEDURE!! I have already been recommending this office to people that I know!
