Lizzett is our office manager at the West Chester Empire location. She has over 10 years of experience in the dental field. Starting as a dental assistant in 2008 and then moving into front office. She loves working with our team to provide the best care, and she enjoys being able to assist our patients with their treatment plans and financially fit their dental care into their lifestyles.
As office manager, she is passionate about ensuring that our office and team members are your first choice for all your specialty needs! Outside of work, Lizzett loves to be on the go with her family and two dogs, hiking, swimming, camping and visiting new places!
Dr. Qian Wang first completed DMD and Ph.D study in Endodontics at Sichuan University in Chengdu, China. Following her postdoctoral study in University of Louisville, Dr. Qian Wang then attended the Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where she received her Master degree of Science in Dentisty and her Certification in Endodontics. Besides treating patient as an Endodontist, Dr. Wang currently also services as a Clinical Assistant Professor in Department of Endodontics in Case Western Reserve University.
Dr. Wang considers Endodontics to be a sublime art, in that it is both intellectually challenging and sensitive to refined manual dexterity. Her research, analytical thinking, and problem solving skills enable her to evaluate evidence and think critically to create an individualized treatment plan for each patient.
Dr. Monto grew up in northeastern New Jersey, only a mere 13 miles from his beloved NY Yankees. While attending Fordham University in New York City, Dr. Monto met his future wife, Margaret. He went on to graduate at the top his class, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Monto chose to attend the University of Pennsylvania, for his dental training. While in dental school, Dr. Monto was awarded a summer fellowship, sponsored by the American Cancer Society, where he found his love of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Working with a team of maxillofacial and oncologic surgeons, it became clear that the ability and honor to have a profound effect on the lives of people was Dr. Montos calling in life.
After graduating with honors from dental school, Dr. Monto chose to pursue his career in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at yet another Ivy League institution- Columbia University. It was there that Dr. Monto earned his medical degree, completed an internship in General Surgery and earned a certificate in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. During his time at Columbia, Dr. Monto participated in several cleft palate missions in Central America, through Healing the Children.
Dr. Monto feels honored to be joining Empire Dental Specialty Group and is committed to providing the highest quality of care possible to his patients. Dr. Monto is proud to be amongst a group of dental professionals who share his enthusiasm and dedication to the field of dentistry and healthcare.
In his spare time, when he is not watching sports, Dr. Monto just prefers to enjoy life. He spends quality time with his amazing wife and partner, Margaret, whether it be walking the trails of their neighborhood, cycling, gardening, trying out all the amazing restaurants in our area or just sitting on their front porch and listening to music or reading a favorite book. As a couple, they are proud of their two adult children! They visit with their daughter, currently living in Manhattan as she pursues her career in marketing, whenever they get the chance, and on the weekends hit the road to see their sports-fanatic son living in Columbus. Go Bucks! Go Yankees! Go Nets!

I found Dr. GOELL ( hope I spelled that right ) after needing to be referred to an endodontist for a root canal due to pain and swelling Her office accepted my insurance, she made sure I was given antibiotics before procedure, she was so gentle with the needle in mouth I didn't hardly even feel it and she always makes sure your ok during the whole procedure She is so nice and compassionate and her staff is great too.

Wonderful experience with the West Chester office, but some of the staff today was from the Beavercreek office as well. I had two teeth removed under general anesthesia. Everyone was extremely professional and caring. This is definitely the only Oral Surgery office I will ever use from now on.

Proud GiGi. When I say they made my baby comfortable, is not enough. The whole staff has been phenomenal. She has been all smiles during the whole process. Great service from the front door all the way to the back in the chair. I did research before choosing and I'm so blessed with my decision to come here.

Had a bit of an emergency and had to have a tooth extracted. This was my first extraction so I was extremely nervous. They were able to get me in ASAP (most oral surgeons right now are at least 30+ days out)! They were all so wonderful!! The surgeon asked how I was doing multiple times during the procedure, explained everything I needed to know before, during and after. Just an overall great experience at this location. I will definitely make the hour drive again if I have any other serious issues arise. Thank you all again for taking care of me and being amazing!!!

If I need anything but regular check ups and basic dental work I'm coming here. They are GREAT!!! Always make me comfortable and it's always a pain free visit.

I had a prior root canal that had possibly failed and made an appointment with Dr. Wang b/c the practice was in network. I was told I needed a special xray that my insurance did not cover and would need to pay upfront, including a fee for a radiologist to read it. I paid over $300, had the xray and was told I'd hear back in about 2 weeks. 6 weeks later I called the office...for the result. Dr. Wang called me back and did apologize, said it looked OK and asked for my prior dentist info to compare the prior xray. No mention of a radiologist needing to compare. No mention of any radiology report, wondering if it was even done or just a way to charge me more upfront outside of a negotiated contracted charge if they HAD billed my insurance. I then discovered my insurance WOULD have covered the xray when I had to call them for EOB to prove it wasn't covered for my FSA payment approval. I called Empire Dental and asked them to re-bill. They re-billed for the xray but NOT the radiologist fee. They were reimbursed. After I had paid the full, higher amount outside of the reduced contracted amount, upfront. I then had to call Empire Dental once again to ask how about refunding MY payment and why they did not include the radiologist charge in the re-bill? I was so frustrated and asked to speak with the office manager. Was told she was not available but would call me back. No phone call...over two weeks. Bordering on unethical billing practice, aside from the horrible customer experience *update: I received a call from the office manager within 10 minutes of posting my review. She assured me that steps were taken to prevent these instances from occurring in the future. After a discussion of the charges she refunded my out of pocket costs including, of course, the amount I paid that was later billed to my insurance company and for which the provider was reimbursed by them.

My experience at Empire Dental went above and beyond my expectations. The staff is extremely friendly and I felt welcomed the minute I stepped into the office. From the beginning of my first visit (consultation) to the end of my dental procedure, Dr. Goel communicated every step with me. She is amazing and awesome! I was able to get a same day consult and then schedule my procedure quickly. Dr. Michael Monto was professional and I was in and out exactly as I was told. I recommended them to my regular dentist and would recommend them to anyone needing an extraction.

Dr. Wang was absolutely amazing for my root canal! The staff was extremely patient and friendly. Cassy was great at making me feel comfortable. Taylor and Debbie were welcoming and super friendly at the front desk. Couldn't recommend them all enough!
