Alla Pavlushkin, DDS, is a cosmetic and general dentist who has been practicing the art of dentistry since 1984. She is the founder of Empire Dental Group of New Jersey, which has a state-of-the-art office in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
Dr. Pavlushkin is certified in Invisalign and has extensive experience in cosmetic mouth rehabilitation, root canals, dentures, veneers, extractions, and more. She is also trained and certified with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE).
Empire Dental Group of New Jersey office provides facial cosmetic procedures such as Botox, Restylane, and JUVDERM. Before establishing her practice, Dr. Pavlushkin mastered many complicated dental techniques working in New York City.
Located in the heart of Central New Jersey, Empire Dental Group of New Jersey proudly offers all types of dental procedures under one roof. Dr. Pavlushkin is dedicated to taking care of every patient's dental health with high-quality care and the service and comfort each patient deserves.
Dr. Pavlushkin is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Dental Association and the New Jersey Dental Association. She takes continuing education courses for professional development to ensure that her patients get the most advanced services available today.
I was born in USSR, and I earned bachelor and master degree in chemistry in Novocherkassk Polytechnic Institute in 1992. When I came to the United States in 1999, I decided to change my career, because I always wanted to be in a health care professional field.
Dr. Reff pursued his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, graduating at the top of his class. He was also honored by the faculty through an induction into the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honors Society. He ended up serving as the President on a variety of committees as well, including the dental schools Global Outreach Program and the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery study group.
Following dental school, Dr. Reff completed cosmetic and surgical-based training at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine/New York Presbyterian Hospital. From there, he chose to begin treating patients in a private practice setting.
Dr. Reff is proud to currently be working at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, teaching postgraduate candidates and future dentists. He is also a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, which is a prestigious credential he received after completing three tireless years of intensive, hands-on training in oral implantology.
Dr. Reff and his wife Allison have two children named Mackenzie and Preston. When he isnt busy helping patients or attending to professional obligations, he enjoys relaxing with his family, going on long hikes with his Yellow Lab, and fly-fishing.

Dr. Pavlushkin is great! My mother and I have had facial (nonsurgical) procedures such as Botox, fillers and threads with Dr. P. We highly recommend her. She listens to what your needs are and if she feels she can provide you with a better result, she will explain in detail. She's friendly, personable, gentle and often asks how you feel throughout the procedure. Her prices are reasonable as well and she has an eye for achieving the results you want. Empire Dental Group @ 2515 County Road / Route 516. Old Bridge NJ 08857 2022 Oct.11 - Perfect 5 stars . All went well today. Nice and pleasant. Good reliable dental practice, nice presentable clean facility, and nice dependable staff. My hygienist is nice, sweet, kind, likeable, dependable, attentive, understanding, and very patient. I have had only positive dental visits so far. Nothing to complain about. Also, love the bathroom - very clean and easily accessible.

I can't even begin to describe the horrific experience my husband and I had there over the past few years. So many wasted allotments for them to not do anything at all, so many teeth ripped out unnecessarily. Such a lack of informed consent, my husband showed up thinking he was getting an impression and showed up to an oral surgeon with an iv bag with no warning. Staff is incredibly rude, appointments way too far out and be prepared to wait once you're in there. I was charged $800 out of pocket and was told it would take over a year to get it back, I never saw the credit come back to my account. I could go on and on. What a nightmare experience of a dentist overall, do yourself a solid and stay away!

Dr. Alla is the best dentist ever, very attentive and respectful! Hygenist Sveta is great! Flawless experience! My case was very difficult but Dr. Alla really took her time to explain every detail to me which made the process so much easier! Thank you Empire Dental!

This review is for Empire Dental Group in Old Bridge specifically to the female hygienist (I forgot her name) and Dr. Alla Pavlushkin. Both treated me like I was dumb and don't understand what they're saying. I may have black hair and brown skin and an Asian but I speak English fluently and I regularly go to a dentist so I do understand what they were saying, it's just that I have questions and they answer like I don't know anything, like they're talking to a child impatiently. Then Dr. P quoted me for a single tooth gap that she suggested to have a bridge and she said $4k and my reaction was a surprise friendly chuckle and she got all upset and said "why are you laughing? There's nothing funny! It's a lot of work so it's expensive". Very rude!! Never coming back to this place!

Such a wonderful experience! Dr. Alla and her staff are amazing. They have been wonderful to my entire family. Dr Alla is wonderful with children. The easiest and most calm experiences I've ever had with a dentist and hygienist. Each and every staff member there has been helpful and left an impression on me and my children. Alicia is a sweetheart and Anna and Helene so personable. I can't say enough great things about this practice and every single person who works there. You are in great hands here. Appointment times are accurate and I never have to wait. The place is spotless and very comfortable. So glad I found them!

From Angela and Brian, We love this Dental office. I myself (Angela) have had wonderful experiences here. not only is the staff extremely knowledgable, but they always are so helpful and have the best bedside manner. From the start trying to help schedule an appointment time that works for you, to any rush appts. They are the best! The Doc is awesome too! She is very experienced and puts any of my worries to rest (i had a couple root canals and implant done recently). Her bedside manner is exceptional as well. Youre not just another patient rushed out, she even gave me tips to help pody train my son LOL. Always a nice visit! Angela Fertitta :)
