An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I'm so happy that I switched over to Empire Dental Group and Orthodontics. I had my first appointment with them this week and I felt so taken care of from start to finish. Dr. Elie is a straight shooter, but also a funny man. And shout out to Nancy at the front desk who not only took the time to explain ALL charges (this has been an issue for me with past dentists), but also made sure that all of my future appointments were taken care of then and there. Happy to have found a good dental office fit for me!

My family has been with Dr Arash Elise for almost 10 years, He is the only dentist we trust. Empire Dental Group has all dental service in one place and all treatment are minimum pain, I feel very comfortable with my Treatment there and I would recommend everyone should go chose Empire Dental Group for all dental treatments

I'm at that point where I have to take my mom to a lot of doctors, but I have to say I look forward to taking her to Empire. From the lovely receptionists Teresa, Lissette and billing's Jocelyn to the dental assistant Jenik, everyone is so nice. Dr Nikookar is great. She takes her time explaining procedures. She is never in a rush. The treatment has been wonderful!

I was looking for a new dentist after having a horrible experience, and this office exceeded my expectations. I felt heard, valued, and respected! I absolutely love Dr. Chavez. I love the fact that all staff members are committed to patient advocacy and positive outcomes first. They treat their patients as whole people, and genuinely care about my interests and habits in order to help guide me to perfect my oral (and overall) health. This is also a body positive, judgment-free environment and I was validated in my dental and financial concerns. I needed an emergency crown, and the whole team came together to make sure it was affordable, comfortable/pain free, and doable for me. If I could give more stars, I would!

I got a root canal with the endodontist, Dr Raymond Grigorian and he did a speedy and amazing job! Later that day, I got a crown done with Dr Carol Chavez and I've never been happier with how treatment went. Can't wait to get my smile right with Empire Dental Group! :)

I've been a patient at Empire Dental for approx. 6 years and this facility is outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you know they want to make you comfortable and happy. The front desk ladies are fantastic, competent and fast. Andy, my hygienist is phenomenal. This gentleman took his time cleaning and polishing my teeth. He explained what he was doing and he's simply the best hygienist I've ever encountered. Andy, thank you for your professionalism. And, the same is true for Dr. Elie, a kind, understanding and professional dentist of the highest order. Thank you all for the extraordinary quality of care I've received over the years.

I find that the check in staff can be rude. If you don't get the email to upload your insurance they threaten to cancel your appointment. Tried calling them to schedule an appointment, they said they were at lunch and I would have to call back in an hour. Also, at the end of my appointment, they aren't very clear about what I need done in terms of cavities.. Then they tear up the sheet so I can't have the information for a future appointment. Literally every time I have gone something weird happens with the office staff. The dental appointment is fine, but the staff at the check in is really rude. Also, talking about clients. Just totally rude. If I am calling to schedule an appointment, don't say we are all at lunch and will leave you on hold for a half hour.

WOW! Just wow! Look I NEVER do online reviews, esp with my name...but quick background... First I just started with new insurance - meaning all new medical team, you know those needed but a pain in the behind 'new patient forms' that ask for virtually everything about you, and your medical/family histories? Well the majority of them I've had to complete are copies, of copies, of copies so bad can't even read so, OMG the Qs!! So imagine my sheer and utter delight when I opened Empire Dental's Smile Generation portal...Starting with the Intake procedure, online, intuitive, and I was able to cut/paste from my master list (which I created out of sheer frustration at the obsolete methods used by the rest of my doctors) and was finished in no time - you know there's just some things that go so right (because the company involved utilizes such state of the art methods to accomplish said tasks) you want the world to know just how great it is - well this is one of those rare times! Empire Dental was the best Dental new patient experience I've ever had! From the highly personable staff, yes all of you I interacted with (too many to get all your names) to the state of the art facility featuring a Panoramic X-ray's to boot! The professionalism continued throughout my visit including Dr Luiza Nersisyan who explained everything clearly and answered all my Qs. Look I've always hated going to the Dentist - but she put me at such ease, it was so appreciated! I know I'll actually look forward to my next visit! I cannot recommend Empire Dental enough.Thank you Empire!!

What a wonderful experience! Let's be honest, going to the dentist is no ones first choice as a days activity; but, the staff here make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Everything is clean, updated, and the focus is on the patient. I wont be searching for another dentist anytime soon. Dr. Sam, Jenik Kocharian and the entire staff are excellent! Highly recommend.

I've been going here for 5+ years as well as both of my kids and husband. I recommend them frequently. I've never had a problem with their cleanings, in fact find them more comfortable than all other places I have been to, and the staff are friendly and considerate and well versed with insurance details. My kids love coming to the dentist so that says everything I need it to for them. :)

I just had my cleaning done by Andy and it was amazing and painless! He is so thorough and explained everything from start to finish, which I appreciated! My parents and I have been going to this office for years and they always take care of us. Lupe and the girls in the front are so, so nice! I can't wait to start my Invisalign later this month!

They erased my review from yesterday- interesting. They are unorganized, the staff needs training on how to read their notes in the system. Joanna is rude and the manager Jocelyn is clueless. Had an appointment canceled last min on Saturday 6/26/21, it was an inconvenience to my family since I had found a sitter for my little girls. They told me I had a credit for a procedure that wasn't completed (when covid hit) I was so disappointment that I let them know I no longer want to be service by them and I would like my credit (Money back) because I did pay for the whole procedure even when it wasn't completed. When I said that all of a sudden I had NO CREDIT and the procedure was done to my husband not me. Ummmm I think I know whats been done to me and what hasn't. They don't even know their patients. Imagine if this was a medical office...sheeesh!! Anyway I wasn't getting anywhere with this so call manager Jocelyn I asked to speak to the owner. Dr. Eli- He also was clueless of the procedures done to me...so much so he wants my husband to come in to make sure he isn't the one with the crown and unfinished procedure. So again, an inconvenience. My husband now has to take time off work to show them he does not have the crown and it's ME that they need to give credit too. Not only do they not know their patients but they are basically calling me a liar. I will never go to them again or recommend this dental office. And if they erase this review I will rewrite, and keep doing so. After all it is a review!!!
