I have been going to Empire Dental for 2 years now and I have never been happier going to the dentist! The front desk staff (Brianna and April) is so friendly, and truly make you feel like a friend from the moment you walk in the door. Dr Cohen is AMAZING and has helped me tremendously with multiple issues. She always takes the time to hear your concerns and look for solutions. I have had both Alessio and Jackie for my cleaning appointments and they are also wonderful. They are gentle and efficient and always make me feel comfortable. I believe the dental assistant is Matthew, and he is so sweet and helpful as well. I recommend Dr Cohen and Empire Dental to anyone who is looking for a friendly and knowledgeable dental office. You guys are great! Thank you for all you have done for me!

I am so happy I went to Dr. Cohen. I have always been petrified of the dentist and Dr. Cohen and April made me feel so comfortable. I need quite a bit of work and they have been so accommodating with appointments and just putting my mind at ease. I can't say enough about this wonderful team from the front desk to Dr. Cohen. My teeth are feeling so much better!! I had another appointment today and I couldn't help but write. Today Matthew and Dr. Cohen worked on my teeth. Matthew was also wonderful! The interaction and mentoring between Dr. Cohen and her co-workers is exceptional. This is a wonderful and professional family.

I recently had to have extensive dental work done. Dr. Cohen, April, Matthew, Jackie...the entire team were amazing! Before my experience with Dr. Cohen, I was terrified of the dentist. Now that fear is completely gone. I cannot thank them enough. I actually got to a point that the dentist was enjoyable...something I NEVER thought possible. Thank you Dr. Cohen and the whole team! Dr. Cohen & her team are great. I had to get two cavities filled today.. Dr.Cohen and her assistant, April made it such a relaxing and fun environment. They really care about their patients. I am genuinely excited to go to my appointments!

Dr. Cohen took over this dental practice a couple years ago. (Lucky us!) Always a scary time when your dentist says, "I'm selling the practice". Well, she assured us the practice was being taken over by a wonderful, competent dentist and that we would be in good hands. She wasn't kidding. Dr. Cohen is all those things and then some! Smart, knowledgeable, skilled, leaves no stone unturned and just caring, kind, compassionate and thoughtful beyond words. She truly has her patient's best interest at heart and promotes well-being. I highly recommend this practice! Not only is Dr. Cohen a gem, but the office staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well as the hygienists are competent and give a great cleaning!

As someone that has had a life long anxiety issue about going the dentist, I can't recommend Dr Cohen and her staff at Empire Dental enough. They are patient, kind and caring. They empathize and treat you like people. Most importantly, the work they do there is top notch. I have had to have some serious work done and all I can say is wow , I am seriously impressed

Was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist !! Jackie calmed all my nerves and gave me the best advice on how to take care of my teeth goin forward. I will be coming here from now on, I appreciate all the staff for being so welcoming !!

Some of the nicest and most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Had to get a bunch of fillings done and Dr. Cohen worked quickly and efficiently enough to get two done in each appointment. Really I'm impressed and more than satisfied with my experience with the whole team. I'll be sure to have my two cleanings a year done with them from now on!

As a new patient at Empire Dental I would like to say it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Cohen was very pleasant with a calm demeanor. As a patient with significant "dental" anxiety I felt very comfortable and reassured during my visit. The office is lovely and immaculate. April at the front desk was very personable and attentive during my initial phone call to the office and in person during check in. Jackie the hygienist was amazing, very patient and did a wonderful job helping to calm my nerves. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

Had a good experience at Empire Dental Care. The staff is friendly and understanding My hygienist Jackie was very professional. Assistants Matt and April went above and beyond to provide the best service. And Dr. Cohen is the best dentist. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a dentist.

Sweet group of employees, however they do not check with your insurance provider to determine whether or not you are covered for the dental services they give you. They expect you to do that yourself!!! So far I have paid out of pocket almost $300.00!! 1st time was 1 month short of 2 years, 2nd time, 2 days short of 6 months!! My Bad!!! There will not be a third time. In the future I will go to a dentist that is familiar with insurance providers. I mean really isn't that part of the service??

The Dentist was great! The front desk has great customer service. The hygienist assistants are great listeners and invested in learning. I had extreme tooth pain for over two months trying to problem solve with my regular dentist. She came in and was so calm, her energy made me feel safe and at ease. She took her time to listen to my whole situation. She then took the time to show me and teach me along with helping make sense of all the pieces to what was going on. They got me in right away, and are handling getting me to a professional with everyone greater wisdom who does the procedures all the time. I highly recommend them! Thank you again.

Dr. Cohen is wonderful. I don't go to the dentist as often as I should. Anxiety isn't easy. And dentists give me a lot of anxiety. But whether I am just getting a cleaning or having a tooth pulled, Dr. Cohen is a positive, reassuring, and compassionate professional. The hygienist who works with her, Matthew, is just as wonderful. You won't be disappointed.

Had great experience, got help on problem tooth, a great referral for surgery, and then back in for final work. From reception to hygienist to Doctor excellent. They are now my new dentist !
