Dr. Skordalakis is an active member with the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Northern Virginia Dental Society. He is a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia, School of Dentistry. Dr. Skordalakis completed his pediatric dentistry training at the University of Florida, Gainesville.
Dr. Stephan completed her dental training at Saint Joseph University, Lebanon in 2010, followed by a pediatric dental residency at the same school. She then pursued a Master's of Science in Pediatric Dentistry.
Upon graduation, she poured her passion into launching her own pediatric dental practice in Beirut. Soon after, she was recruited as a faculty member at Saint Joseph University and performed an abundant amount of volunteer work to help underserved children.
Dr. Stephan then pursued a two-year pediatric dental specialty at the University of Maryland College of Dentistry, Baltimore. At Johns Hopkins, she received training in interdisciplinary care with the cleft lip and palate team.
Dr. Matt Dudek knew that he wanted to become a dentist since Middle School. After four years of braces, countless dental surgeries, and numerous extractions, he certainly understands what patients go through in the chair.

I took my kid to see 3 dentist specialists in Sterling and Ashburn, Virginia. They were not able to extract my 5 years old daughter's cavities, and one of dentist specialists suggested me to pay $10,000 to extract her teeth while putting her to sleep in . Dr. Skordalakis recommended not to put her to sleep just pulled the teeth safely. Dr. Skordalakis helped bring the cost of the process down to only $100 and saved us a lot of money. He was very professional, cooperative, and kind to us. I highly recommend him and his team to whoever has trouble finding a dentist. Amazing service!

Great experience with doctors and hygienist . This is my second time being here and the dental assistant was rude, disrespectful, and extremely heavy handed. The way that the dental assistant treated my brother was absolutely inappropriate and disgusting. I will not tolerate employees who are not respectful to their patients and would leave a zero start review if I could .

I have been going to this place for years!! My kids love the staff and the Dentist Dr. Emmanuel is wonderful! Does not push anything that is unnecessary! I look for people in the medical field like him!! I will bring my babies here until they venture off on their own fore sure.

Dr.Skordalakis is one of a kind. After seeing a few different dentists in the area, we finally found him through several recommendations. What I appreciate most is that he explains all treatment options and lets the parents make the decision. He is very conservative and emphasizes that he is taking care of a child, not just the child's teeth, meaning he does not encourage doing any unnecessary work. My daughter had a tooth pulled a few months ago and he was very gentle and concerned about her well being throughout. He is also always available to answer questions. I'm so glad we found him and would not take my girls to anyone else!

It doesn't surprise me at all that Dr.Skordalakis has straight 5* reviews. He really is the best children's dentist! I have 3 children that go to him, 2 love the dentist and beg to go, my other child seems to have been born fearful of dental work and he is so patient and gentle with her. He listens to parents opinions, is educated about many different ways in approaching dental work and continually amazes me with his kindness. Mine is definitely another 5* review!
