Orthodontic technology is constantly evolving and improving and we work hard to offer our patients the best technology available. Our iTero Scanner allows us to take a digital 3D model of the mouth for orthodontic appliances. This allows you to enjoy a less invasive and more accurate treatment.
Dr. Funk graduated summa cum laude from Villanova University with a degree in Biology. She was also inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honor society. She earned her DDS from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York City. After dental school, Dr Funk was selected for the Orthodontics residency program at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and graduated with a Certificate in Orthodontics.
Her favorite thing about orthodontics is her patients. When it comes to her practice, Dr. Funk has a strong focus on individualized care. She loves to build relationships with her patients while providing excellent clinical results.
Born and raised in Downingtown, PA. Dr. Funk is happy to return to the area to treat patients. She and her husband live in Chester County with their dog, Lola. Outside the office, Dr. Funk enjoys fitness, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
As an orthodontist, Dr. Funk received additional training specifically in the alignment of the teeth and jaws for a balanced face. Perfecting smiles and facial esthetics is all we do, which allows us to provide the detailed and expert care you deserve.

I went to Emily Funk Orthodontics to get my retainer adjusted just after the business opened. The owner was very accommodating and was able to schedule me for a last minute appointment, and when I arrived the staff was incredibly friendly! I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is in needed of orthodontia care.
