Had a crown come off on the weekend during covid-19. Called them asking for advice. Within 30 minutes I was in their office. Super friendly staff and dentist. Tooth feels great. Was worried that even with my insurance it would be costly. Was surprised at how cheap it came out to be.

My son just had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr Pham. The tooth had been causing him issues for quite some time. He was hesitant to go in, fearing what it would take to fix. Dr Pham was amazing. He did such a great job explains things. He extracted the tooth easily. Problem gone. Did not take much time at all. Everything was great. Would definitely go back and refer others to Dr Thomas Pham's care.

Ready for a magical story ride? Well get comfy and grab your popcorn! Two weeks ago I broke a tooth. I went in to the dental office my insurance assigned me to. And the best they could do was give me some antibiotics and a day's worth of pain meds (tylenol 3) and refer me to the oral surgeon. I'm thinking "okay cool, I'll just wait for them to call me and schedule me for the oral surgeon". Naive little me, not taking into account corporate capitalism. I get a call and I'm told that I can't get in to the oral surgeon until MAY 14TH. Listen, this as a dental emergency by all accounts. With an active jaw infection, immense amount of pain, how on EARTH can you make a patient wait OVER A MONTH for treatment? Here's where we learn about the forked up healthcare system in the US. I call a few emergency dentist places near me and find out that because I'm assigned to a dental office, my insurance will not pay for any visits anywhere else. So I call my insurance company and explain the situation. To which they inform me that they can absolutely set me to "open" meaning I can go anywhere to be seen and have it be covered. But it won't go into effect until May 1st. I call the emergency tooth doctor and tell them what's going on. They sympathize and find me an appointment asafp. (Thank you to the operator who answered and was very expedient and didn't require me to talk excessively because by this point it hurt to breathe and I was extra cranky because not only was my face on fire but I hadn't been able to eat for 48 hrs by this point). She couldn't get me an appointment at the Beaverton location, but she got me a spot at the tigard location. So here we go! I'm at the dentist office, in massive pain. Having a panic attack because I'm terrified of needles, and the people here at the Tigard Emergency tooth Doctor are S U P E R S T A R S. They didn't ask me superfluous questions making me talk more than I could handle. They were kind. They were understanding. They were considerate of me and my fears. They did EVERYTHING in their power to make me as comfortable as possible. They even went so far as to offer me a capri sun before the procedure because I hadn't eaten in days and they didn't feel comfortable with me being completely empty. They were quick and efficient with the injections. And they got this tooth out in literally 20mins. They spent more time comforting me and numbing me up than they did actually pulling the tooth. Best $555 I've ever spent on a medical procedure. Let me tell you. My insurance is opening on May 1st, and I will be taking ALL of my dental business to this place. Every single thing will be done here. I cannot for the life of me right now remember the names of the two gentleman who attended to my dental emergency, but if the company reads these, please know these men are AMAZING and they deserve everything good in life. Both of them did all the hard work and yet they were CHEERING ME ON throughout the entire procedure. Go here. Just give them all your business. They deserve it. You will not regret it.

Horrific practice. My actual visit was an extremely poor experience, unprofessional and unorganized. Moving forward a few weeks later I needed to obtain a receipt, i made sure I googled their office hours ahead of time and showed up DURING their listed office hours. I walked into their OPENED business doors and found a receptionist sitting at their counter who immediately told me they were closed. I told him that I just needed a quick receipt printed and that I came all the way from Hillsboro and he did not care. I told him that their business is currently listed as opened as well as you're literally siting in front of me and he still did not care, insisting they were closed and that he couldn't be bothered to print a receipt. I told him I wouldn't leave with out one and he threatened to call the police on me. When I told him I didn't care and that I would need him to go ahead and do that THEN he was magically able to be bothered to print my simple receipt. What really upsets me is what if this happened to a softer spoken person. You can tell this business is almost failing and are at a point where they do not care anymore.

My temporary bridge broke on a Sunday.. I'm recently moved to Oregon with my dentist 2000 miles away! No problem - they saw me same day. The assistant was extremely helpful in handling forms and insurance. Dr. Frances was efficient, capable and fixed me right up!. Everyone was friendly and upbeat. I'll definitely go back when I need routine care, too.

I had really bad pain from a Wisdom tooth and they scheduled me in the same day that I called. They were very fast and care about their patients. I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort. Will definitely stay with this dentist from here on out

Horrible. We had made an appt two days prior for a broken tooth, and when the time came for the appt, the staff was nowhere to be found. Completely empty building. When I called the 24hour number they just told us that "he'll get there when he gets there". Horrible service, horrible business.
