Worst dentist in the US, horrible clinical skills, poor services, and expensive prices. I'm a veteran and I have served in Afghanistan and Iraq, I got wonded and hurt many times. But this dentist anesthetic needle was the most painful thing I have ever tried. Not mentioning the rudeness level of their whole crew. But they actually have nice trees outside their door.

Called for emergency treatment 3 times today from 06:45 to 09:00. No return call, just a long winded answering machine-no customer service. After calling another Emergency Tooth Doctor Office (later) was told this location isn't open until Sunday (Covid excuse). There is no excuse for not giving customer service, especially when the web site says they are open.

If i could give a zero, i would. I needed a root canal and crown. Due to the incompetence of Emergency Tooth Doctor, it took me 7 visits to complete this work. I will not go into all the granular details of their mistakes but a couple examples for context.... They scheduled me for this work on a weekend at the Beaverton location. I arrive to be brought back and seated in the chair, then told they do not have a doctor at this location that does root canals. Rescheduled. Next session was a couple days later at the downtown location at 5pm. I get placed in the chair and start prepping for the procedure and they mention they can only do part of it because they close at 6pm. Why am i being scheduled for this time slot when you know it takes more than an hour, as i had no idea the closing times of your locations? The remaining visits were equally as horrid. Skip this company all together if you can help it. Please. Do not give them your money. Even through this hellacious experience they made zero attempt at any accommodation as recompense. Zero. Do NOT give them your money.

Called the office to get my 26 yo daughter in for tooth pain that had her up all night and was informed that because she was over 21 with odd community health, that she would have to pay cash. I questioned the young man and he said our doctors and staff have families to feed and that insurance doesn't pay enough. He then proceeded to tell me that since I was her mom ,that I should pay her bill. I of course declined at this point to take her there. I've been in the medical field for over 30 yrs and have never heard of such a thing as denying a pet based on her age. You either take the insurance or not. I will be reporting this.

My wife had a terrible pain, she was seen several times by her regular dental doctor, they did X-rays, extract a root canal of one tooth that the doctor thought was the issue, end up removing a tooth that he thought it was the problem but the paint didn't go away, she went to the emergency room 4 * and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with her, until I called emergency tooth doctor, they were about to close but they said that it was okay to see her, because she was in too much pain for almost 2 weeks. As soon as this young doctor saw my wife, he right away told my wife that her mole was split , he removed it and the pain was gone. They didn't want to take any insurance for payment, but for me it was worth it because I saw how my wife suffer.

Absolutely incredible experience. 2 erupted wisdom teeth extracted in roughly 30 minutes. I'm typically extremely anxious in a dental office and I let them know that. They made me feel very comfortable and executed the job with great effeciency and care

I called at 9am on Saturday and followed up with 6 phone calls over the next 30 minutes. I called both the Beaverton and Hillsboro location. Nobody answered. After the 6th call I left a message. I finally got a return call at 4:30 pm after I had already seen another dentist and had an emergency root canal due to infection and inflamed pulp.

I had a tooth extracted about a month ago and I've had to come back in 3 times now. First off what started out as a root canal fix ended up being a complicated extraction that took over 3 1/2 hours! He couldn't get me all the way numb and my tooth wasn't coming out without a fight, so it was an unpleasant experience to say the least. I understand complications happen so I cant get mad at them for that. So, fast forward a week, I'm still in a ton of pain and wonder if I have an infection or dry socket or what, because I've never had this extreme of pain after a dental procedure. I come back in and they are hesitant to give me more pain medication. They reluctantly write an RX for a few more and some antibiotics and say I'm healing just fine. I'm not. I feel like my jaw is broken. I come back in the next week. Still in pain and I feel a sharp piece of bone or something protruding from the area. A different dentist tells me it's healing fine and it's just part of my jawbone and the skin should grow over it within a week and if not come back in. She refused more pain medicine other than the very weakest one. It barely helped. I wait another week in pain using my mouthwash and doing everything I can to relieve this and make it heal quicker; ice, heat, rest, ibuprofen, tylonel, special mouth rinse, etc. I'm still not ok. So I go back in for the 3rd time. This dentist says that the skin would not have grown back over and he doesn't know why the other dentist said that. It ended up being a mix of a piece of my tooth that was left behind and also my jawbone was exposed and needed to be grinded down and then have the skin stitched over the top. Now this time I ask for more pain meds and he says "oh this is a minor procedure, you don't need them. That would be over prescribing". Now I get it if I had a typical tooth extraction and I'm asking for pain meds nearly 3 weeks later, but this has been hell. I'm now today, 3 days post-op awake in the middle of the night in pain and I can barely swallow even liquids without extreme pain. This used to be my go to dentist and I've been to multiple locations, paid upfront, been a good extremely patient customer. Never again. I get we have an "opioid crisis" in the US, but these people need to learn that not everyone is an addict!! Some of us are actually in pain like me, who now have to suffer through. These "doctors" provided inadequate care and pain management and I'm clearly really disappointed! I'm a very kind and patient person and this is my first negative review, but I felt it needed to be said. My only option now is to go to urgent care or the ER to determine what's going on (is my jaw broken?) and hopefully get some pain relief. Lovely. Thanks guys!!

I saw Dr. Pham 3 times & had a great experience with each visit. He really takes the time to evaluate you & explain things & does not try to rush you out the door, even when I had two of my appointments scheduled about an hour before they close. He also does not try to push you to have additional procedures done if they are not absolutely necessary for your specific condition. I was a nervous wreck during my first visit, but he was very reassuring & encouraging & still operated on me despite the fact that I was shaking on the exam table. During the last two visits, I was much calmer since I knew what to expect. All of the procedures went well. These people work long hours, & I am really grateful that they are here. I highly recommend this place & would not hesitate to see him again for any other dental related issues in the future.

This business sucks! They say they accept walk-ins and that they close at 9pm. I arrived at the Hillsboro office at 8pm and they were closed! I arrived at the Beaverton office at 8:40pm (I'm riding the bus) and they were closed! I left a message before I went to the first office, after I got there, and after the 2nd office. There is no way to talk to a live person! It is 9:30pm and I never received a return call!

This place is a sham. I called in to schedule my husband's appointment for an extraction on a broken tooth. I specifically asked if they would expect payment up front from us since as we are tight on money. The registration guy told us no, that they would bill insurance and then bill us. Great I made the appointment. When we got to the clinic my husband started filling out the paperwork. I'm the subscriber of the plan (entered on the paperwork) and the dental assistant got snappy after saying that she couldn't find him because she was trying to put him in as the subscriber. (Read the paperwork). My husband got sent back, after about 20 min the dental assistant comes to get me because apparently we need to pay 120 right at that second while he is on the chair. I was upset because this is not what I was told, my husnband's tooth needed to be pulled it was broken and causing pain.. I did lose my control for a bit and yelled at them. All the dental assistant told me was that the doctor would come out to talk to me. He never did. Now today, I receive my EOB from my insurance company, out of pocket for us was $69.60. How the hell did they decide I needed to pay 120?
