Very rude, unpleasant and uncomfortable appointment.. the front desk lady was very nice and respectful but the actual dentist was rude, made uncalled comments, and didn't really give me the best options nor advice. He just said basically you have to be able to afford 6000$ for your repair.. and when I asked about my insurance he said oh well man up and figure it out instead of walking me thru options or other ways around it. Would not recommend to people with urgent dental needs..

Highly recommended Dr. Loi Nguyen. They squeezed me in last minute on a Saturday for a cracked tooth and he was very Knowledgeable and Gentle. Left feeling relieved and pain free. Thank you!

I had an abscess, they fit me in and fixed my tooth. So gentle and kind. I actually am switching to make them my primary dentist!

Needed to get a few teeth extracted. Ohp accepted here. Nitrous oxide 100% covered if under 21. Didn't feel any of the Novocaine shots and had the teeth removed in about 5 mins. The doc assistants and receptionist were all super nice and make sure you're at full comfort. Definitely recommend this place

My first visit was because of a broken tooth. The office was clean, calm, and inviting. The staff were quick to greet and very sweet mannered. The paperwork was easy to get through. I loved that they had me rinse my mouth before anyone touched it (though I did that before I left). Everyone was super nice. The x-rays were super easy to take though I have a small mouth. I was even shown what they were seeing and talking about and they made sure that even before they started I knew the risks, the after care and what could be expected from the smallest over stretching to the biggest possibility (heart issues). They took more time making sure I was fully numb than the whole tooth extraction took itself. Also have to commend the procedure! It was quick, he was super careful and honestly it was over before I could believe he even got one piece out! The morning after I barely have any pain and I haven't even started the medicated mouthwash! I am excited to go to the dentist now!

Called them to see if they took my insurance, they said yes. Came down here and they now can't take my insurance but they were very quick to get me to pay the full cost without it. If your in dire need of help for a dental issue don't go here. It's a waste of time and you'll still be in pain.

Dr. Loi Nguyen and his staff are all so very friendly. It was my daughter's first visit to the dentist for a general cleaning. They made this first experience at the dentist for my daughter a lovely experience, so much so, that she's excited to come back to the dentist for her next cleaning in 6 months! I also had an appointment for general cleaning and, I too, had a great experience. I highly recommend this dentist if you are in the market for a new one!

Needed to get my son's front tooth replaced, it's broken in half. I have ohp and the doctor said it would cover the cost of the crown but because he would make no money off of it, he said he wouldn't fix my sons tooth. I even offered my own money to help cover the cost so he was not at a loss and still he told me he would not fix my sons tooth. I am completely shocked and utterly disgusted at the lack of professionalism in fixing a little kids tooth over greed for money. Honestly horrified

I had an impacted wisdom tooth removed last month. They saw me fairly quickly and made the process very simple. I went back a few days later to have it looked at because I was paranoid of getting an infection. They looked at it and assured me it was healing properly free of charge.

Today I had my first ever tooth extraction with general dental. The experience could not have gone better. I arrived with severe pain and walked out 100% pain free. They accepted my insurance and was not very expensive . I will probably come back to this office for my full mouth care due to the staff and my experience. The doctor is a smooth operator he had my tooth out in literally under 5 seconds. I know that's probably not how all extractions go but I honestly could not be more happy with my experience and I will always strongly recommend this office to others.

They are so professional, courteous and kind!! I went in for an emergency filling and not only did they get me in within 24 hours, they had me in and out within exactly an hour. They are a little bit hidden in a strip mall area but they are truly a gem. Definitely going back for all my dental needs from now on!

RIP OFF!! They tried to charge 300$ for just x-rays even though I already had them done a week before at another dentist and could have them transferred AND they quoted me 3000$ for removal of 1 wisdom tooth!!!! I walked out! (And they didn't check my temp or follow covid protocol at all) I went to Sleep Dentistry in Gresham instead and it was 89$ to remove the tooth, with free gas, done in less than an hour, Pain free.

My whole family gets dental care there. After unpleasant experiences with previous dentists, we got lucky to find this place where even my 6 years old daughter goes without fear . Dr. Nguyen manages to convince the kids that dental procedures are no big deal and really not painful. Great find for us and I would highly recommend this office .

I have had bad and traumatic experiences with dental care in the past. It causes me very very bad anxiety. Going to Emergency and general dental was a great experience top to bottom. Every member of staff was helpful through my entire experience. They took covid safety seriously. And made me comfortable in every way they could. I highly reccomend this place. Best and most comfortable dental experience of my adult life.

If you are looking for a dentist that is welcoming, makes you feel comfortable, and will listen to all of your concerns and questions, then you need to see Dr. Loi. He is the most patient dentist I have ever been to, and doesn't make you feel dumb for asking questions. Thank you Dr. Loi for being so kind!

I recently received dental care at Emergency Dental and want to share my experience. Hopefully eliminated much fear from those who need dental care and dont go. I was 43 before seeing my first dentist. I had a childhood fear of them. I was blessed most my life with perfect, straight white teeth and no cavities. Sadly though, I had 3 brain surgeries in one year that changed my health enormously. I was on so much meds and really sick. My teeth started to break and decay and I had no idea what to do! I didnt have the funds to see a dentist yet alone deal with more health problems. So I did what most of us do and ignored it. Well, it didnt go away! I saw 2 dentists before coming here and was deeply discouraged and had more fear as they weren't too kind. Needless to say I ended up meeting with Dr. Lui. My anxiety and fear were met with compassion and love. I was completely blown away by his kindness and gentleness. I experienced no pain with numbing and his excellency in care was above and beyond. I plan on bringing my children here and that says a lot about his character. I highly recommend this place and by experience can assure you that you are in great care. I learned during my many surgeries that bedside manners do count per my recovery. Dont go somewhere where the dentist makes you feel condemned. There IS a place and this is it:) thank you kindly!

I was researching for a local dentist in my area, for my father and came across Dr. Loi. I am extremely happy and satisfied I came across him today and no longer have to worry about finding the right dentist. I reached out and was able to get my father in right away, due to a painful wisdom tooth that Dr. Loi was able to extract. His receptionist and dental assistant were very welcoming as well. Dr. Loi is extremely professional. He explained everything in detail as far as treatment plans and cost. He was also very personable and made my dad feel comfortable. Very genuine man who puts you at ease with his knowledge. I highly recommend! Dr. Loi. God Sent!
