This office is extremely unprofessional LOL the 5 star reviews are fake! The "Dentist" (term loosely used) threatens people if they post a true review. This asinine unprofessional poor excuse of a provider overcharges, is rude, lacks all sort of communication skills and is utterly condescending. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I'm glad METRO SMILES doesn't call and harass potential patients for posting their honest review and nor would they post patients contact info/workplace info. STAY AWAYYYY AND F those "30 years" you claim to have been in service. It's obviously time to hang it up. Old, miserable and stuck in the ice age. (Pun)

If you are in an emergency and are looking for dentists, I promise you look no further. I called after hours on a Sunday super late and was greeted very friendly. I was prescribed antibiotics and it was ready 25 minutes later in a CVS, when I came into my appointment it was nothing short of perfect. Professional, honest and very very fairly priced. Being from Canada I was expecting to pay millions, but I was surprised it was priced like Canada! Dr Oz thank you so much for helping me, your 30 years of work really shows in your craft, and when I'm next in Florida or anywhere in the US of beautiful A, I am coming to visit!

I called in to see if I could get accommodated for tooth extraction. Long story short the guy told me they charge any where from $295 to $495 for extraction. I said no thanks I pass cause I felt it was too much for me to afford. He immediately started telling me well then go to a cheap doctor who is going to struggle to pull your tooth out since you can't afford this !

While on vacation with my family, the tooth in question became so painful that I had to visit an emergency Dentist. I was told to come to the office immediately for treatment. I was scheduled for a crown next month with my dentist back home but this couldn't wait. I am so glad I went in. I usually have anxiety when going to the dentist but the administration of the shot was so quick and painless I was simply amazed. The root canal was very quick but my phone died and the dentist gave me hand written instruction on how to get back to my resort. When you are in extreme pain, it is an actual emergency. I was happy to pay and work out the details with my insurance provider after my vacation is over. This office is exceptional!! They saved my vacation and I would recommend them to anyone. Bravo!

I'm not even technically a patient yet & I was helped immediately! I'm so surprised. I called in with questions about an extraction due to a current toothache & I was prescribed with antibiotics literally today. Thank you so much

What an exceptional and easy experience. I could not be more thankful for a team of professionals who care deeply for quality work and for people. On a Friday afternoon after work, I started experiencing a bad tooth ache and pain was getting worse. Of course being a Friday, my dentist was closed. I happen to google emergency dental in Orlando area and this popped up. Well, I am so glad I called. The doctor was very attentive and seemed very concerned to help. Also, wasn't pushy or felt too rushed. After a few questions and discussion, he immediately called me in some antibiotics till I could see my dentist during the week. Well I am very again thankful to him because the pain did subside after the medicine got in my system and how he told me to alternate pain meds. I definitely recommend this place whether you live here or out of town. I told my family and friends about him too! Thank you again!

Perfect solution for dental emergencies. My wife got a same day appointment for emergency extraction of wisdom tooth. Local anesthesia, gentle pull and problem solved.

Great service, quick and efficient! Absolutely glad with doctor's service, took into consideration my desire to keep my tooth, didn't insist on pulling it out rather cut the gum out from the top of the tooth and made me feel very comfortable not overruling my decision. Did a great job too.

My daughter chipped one of her adult teeth and after looking at reviews for other emergency dentists realized that there were quite a few quacks in the orlando area. Called and talked to a very nice knowledgeable gentleman and he asked some questions and determined it was best that wait till we get home to get the repairs. Thank you for your honesty.

I called Bob in the morning for my partner and he was able to get an appointment set that same day for a wisdom tooth removal. Life saver cause the pain was a lot. He was kind enough to check back in the next day and see how she was doing. Appreciate it! Will recommend

Emergency Dentist Orlando has been the best office I have ever gone to. I am highly appreciative of Bob for working me in last minute into their schedule! Everyone was very friendly and I felt cared for. I am no longer dealing with a severe toothache thanks to this office. I have my follow up appointment scheduled with them and I plan on continuing my dental care with this office as well! I highly recommend this dentist to anyone. Thank you all for your care!

The dental team is truly amazing! I originally had a wisdom tooth extraction appointment that scheduled for next Wednesday, but the pain was so intense and after three restless nights I found this dental office and Bob scheduled me in immediately and on the same day! The staff was truly amazing all very positive, knowledgable, and great listeners which kept me calm through the whole process! They even do follow up calls after the appointment to make sure you are doing well. My dad and I are truly grateful for the experience!

I am so happy I found this dentist service. I am 4 months pregnant and I needed to extract a tooth, my pain was unbearable in the middle of the night and finding a dentist with the right qualifications AND the right medicines to treat pregnant women was extremely hard until I called this place, the dentist was the most kind and soft, I didn't feel ANY PAIN removing that tooth and a wisdom tooth same time! I was seen the very same morning I called. I am healing great and I even received a call from Bob (very nice guy) to check up on me. I would recommend this place to anyone having dental problems and more for emergencies. God bless them.

Refuses to take insurance. Said I need to pay out of pocket and have my insurance pay me because he "doesn't want to get caught in the middle" ***UPDATE*** The office decided to call me after they noticed this review. Threatened to violate HIPAA law by giving out my personal information between doctor and patient if I did not remove the negative review!! No wonder they are almost 5 star, they will threaten anyone that says anything negative!
