Yesterday I had to have a tooth removed and I spoke to the lady here to arrange the appointment. The tooth came out easily and I'm happy that I'm able to make monthly payments over 6 months. I'm glad I got this taken care of.

I was calling to get some information on their in-house financing. I left a message and a woman called me back about an hour later. When she called me I was explaining to her my dental history and she immediately cut me off and asked me are you doing out of pocket or with insurance? I explained to her that I have Medicaid but that it only covers emergency services. Before I could finish my sentence she cut me off again and said well unfortunately we do not take Medicaid. I was trying to tell her that I was aware that they didn't take Medicaid and then I couldn't use it anyway. We got past that and I asked her about dentures and I was explaining to her that I had all my top teeth polled. Well she cut me off again and said the prices for extractions. I told her I'm trying to tell you that I don't need extractions I need dentures. She cut me off again and said well we need to make you an appointment and that's $50 and they can tell you about prices when you come in after you pay the $50. This phone call was to get information on the in-house financing they have available. But I was rushed off the phone interrupted rudely and I wasn't being listened to. I Astor after getting frustrated how much are the dentures and she said roughly about $2000. I was so frustrated at this

Every month, I travel from Salt Lake City to Sandy. I cracked a tooth during one of my visits, and it hurt like hell. They were able to resolve the issue before it became more serious. Thank you for saved my tooth with your great experience!!

Set up an appointment with the doc to deal with a toothache thanks to Natalie. She was responsive, managed to get me in quickly, and made me feel at ease.
