Called for a family member in need of an emergency root canal after hours, neither rep could put me through to an emergency dentist and the second rep hung up on me when I asked for clarification about why i was unable to reach a dentist. 0/10 service.

I see my parents once a month because they live in Jacksonville. I broke a tooth while eating dinner during one of my visits. I came here because I didn't know what else to do. They are prompt in getting you in and resolving the issue.

I hate being on hold for a long period of time. That's what happened with me when trying to set up an appointment. But the girl on the phone was apologetic and got me in anyway.

Just called to contact an office on Dunn Ave a Man answered he was so rude asked. He said it was an 800 number I tried to explain to him that I dial a 904 number all he said was emergency or not yes or no . I couldn't believe it ...
