This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist and believe me I've been to a lot. First off I called and was assured they took my insurance and it was in network. When I got there they immediately asked me to pay $100 and said that's all it would be. Once I got back to the back and met with the dentist they told me my insurance wasn't in network and only would pay 10% and that their extractions are $500 (just for reference I got an extraction a year earlier with no insurance from another dentist for $125 and a root canal with no insurance for $500) they pressured me into care credit- and I'd like to point out that several times the doctor touched me and rubbed my shoulders which was immediately a trigger for me. I am a social worker and I would NEVER touch one of my clients not even to console them. I've had clients ask for hugs and I've had to politely decline and enforce professional boundaries which this dentist clearly doesn't have. You don't touch people ever!! You don't know what kind of trauma people have experienced in their lives and it's very triggering and as a women that was clearly in a vulnerable situation I do not appreciate it. Also, as the dentist was in the middle of extracting my tooth he stops suddenly and asks his dental hygienist if I signed the consent form. For someone that already has high anxiety from dentist this just upped my anxiety. Don't ask that again right in the middle. Also before this happened the dental hygienist pulled me aside and said they would just write me a rx for pain pills so that would last me through the weekend until I could go to another dentist that wouldn't charge this high amount. I declined because I wasn't there for pain pills just a solution. Also they had me sign a consent form for a tooth I don't even have #17 and right as I was leaving they hurry and had me sign sign the right consent form for the correct tooth #18. Thank goodness nothing had happened. But I'm still debating on whether or not to contact DOPL or BBB and file an official complaint for touching me or for grossly miss pricing procedures and gauging clients that come to you in a vulnerable state. Shame on you!! I will not be back and I just wish there was a way to get my money back or Atleast be charged the correct amount that's fair.

Took enough x-rays to be able to see the real concerns in my teeth. I came here for a second opinion. Best 100 I spent. Grateful and happy the team is so nice and explains everything from my teeth to estimates costs.

Really relaxed and calm environment. I went in to get a tooth extraction, which was scary for me. Jada was very sweet and helpful and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Larson was very professional and polite and answered all my questions, which put my mind at ease. Both of them seemed like they REALLY cared about me and the work I needed done. Thank you! 10/10 would recommend.

Called on a Sunday morning got in one hour later! Dr. Nye took extremely good care of me same as her assistant! Dr. Ali was also very helpful in explaining my payment options and charges! All in all a very great experience, very helpful and caring! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I have have dealt with severe dentist anxiety my entire life. Dr. Larson and the entire staff have been everything for me. They are so kind, so easy to work with, they truly care about your health and your comfort. The front desk has been absolutely amazing, every single aid has been friendly and fun to talk with, and Dr. Larson is the real deal. They are open later than most places so that really works well with my schedule. The only place I'll get dental work as long as these AMAZING individuals are there.

Bailey was AWESOME!! I got a tooth pulled and while unfortunate, her compassion and empathy were spot on. The dentist, Dr. Nye was also really professional. She walked me through the 3D scans and images in as much detail as I wanted, and we went went over them serval times. She proposed her recommendation, but gave me room to explore alternatives and really cared and counseled me in a non-pressuring way. If you've got an after-hours emergency, call these guys!!
