Kathy was very kind and understanding, and listened to my nervous chattering. The dentist was direct and explained everything I was seeing on the x-rays. A very pleasant experience.

Very kind Dentist - named Kevin Corvacho. Explained the situation very well and made me feel at ease. I've had some really condescending and rude dentists in my life, but he was the opposite. Which is refreshing. The staff is kind as well, including the front desk and assistants. They even stayed an hour longer to finish, which I very much appreciated.

Never been a fan of the dentist but this facility was excellent and made the whole process quick and easy. The whole staff from start to finish were welcoming and very professional. It was my first visit and I will be sure to send everyone I know here as it was worth every penny.

Could not be happier with the staff and service. I began experiencing severe tooth pain on a Sunday evening, with very limited options for appointments anywhere else. The EDN team were able to get me in on a Sunday evening near closing time and even stayed later to ensure my pain was relieved SAME DAY. I was then able to return for a follow-up appointment to finish my procedure. The doctors and staff are friendly, local, and will do their best to help. Prices are reasonable and meant to come out of pocket with limited financing options. Expect to pay upfront, it is a small price to pay for pain relief and a healthier mouth. Definitely recommend EDN if you need immediate dental assistance.

I live over an hour away and had been to my dentist locally who was gracious enough to meet me in a Saturday morning when the office was closed for severe dental pain. It was determined I needed a root canal but my dentist did not perform these procedures and the office they refer to was closed. I was in so much pain that the ibuprofen and Tylenol was not helping to the point I was unable to function. I searched for emergency dental in the area and found the Emergency Dental of Nashville website. We called and they said they were open till 9 pm and mind you it was a Saturday. I made an appointment for 8 and headed out, enroute the office called and said I could come earlier as there was a cancellation. I arrived and was met by the most friendly staff and the paperwork was all completed easily on my phone. I was taken right back and the staff and Dr started working on a plan of treatment right away. My case was complex and the Dr offered options from a partial root canal to alleviate pain until i could get to a more advanced office or other options that I chose. I was able to get the relief I needed and as I write this it is the day after and so have very minimal pain and will get the root canal hopefully this week at my regular endodontist. I recommend the emergency dentist of Nashville to anyone needing professional services that does not break the bank and is caring for your needs and comfort.

**UPDATE** Just realized this place OVERCHARGED us by $960!! They "run" your credit card BEFORE giving you an itemized bill; today I actually looked at the bill & the cost for an "extraction" was $415 - NOT the $1375 I was charged I've disputed with my credit card company ... THIEVES! I took my husband to this office yesterday for extreme tooth pain. We paid the initial $95 for exam & x-rays then ANOTHER $1,375 for an extraction a total of $1.470 for a BASIC tooth removal on a Saturday. Of course, the dentist wanted to do a root canal with a crown (for a mere $8K!) which he obviously DECLINED. We absolutely understand & agree there's an "up charge" for emergency services but charging 4 TIMES the normal cost, is down right criminal! If you can find ANY way to deal with the pain until you can see your dentist DO IT .. or be prepared to "financially blackmailed" for pain relief from this place.

Just don't do it. If you have a dentist and can tough it out with the tooth pain until the weekend is over, just get in with your dentist first thing Monday morning. Believe the one star reviews, they pretty accurately reflect the experience. I know that one must pay a premium for emergency services. I get that. But $1500 for a filling? I mean, geez, buy a girl a drink first. Pay attention, if you can avoid, do avoid.

Buyer beware. This organization has questionable business practices. I had a broken veneer on my front tooth. I wanted to see if it could be repaired or if I could get a temporary cover for a week until I could get back to my regular dentist in NJ. First, they insisted on doing an x-ray which was completely unnecessary given my issue. Second, they told me I needed 5 crowns and that my front tooth had a cavity that needed to be repaired. This was UNTRUE. I had just been to my regular dentist a couple of months before and there were no repairs needed. A week after this appointment I went back to my regular dentist and he confirmed there were no issues with my teeth that needed immediate repair. Second, they were aggressive. I felt a bit bullied during my dental session. The dentist was arrogant and pushy. Third, they do not work with veneers. I was very clear from the time that I booked the appointment that I needed to address a broken veneer. At no time did they tell me they could not do a veneer. So basically they wasted my time, made me pay for an unnecessary x-ray and tried to get me to spend thousands of dollars on repairs that were not needed.
