This is a corporate chain owned by a businessman who is not a dentist. His name is Jared Derr, from Omaha NE. Jared's whole business is based on bait and switch. They market themselves as an emergency office, but their plan is to get you in, convince you to take X-rays of all your teeth so they can sell you other work, unrelated to why you made the appointment. They will try to sign you up for a cleaning as well. This works for them because they charge outrageous prices and are out of network with all insurance companies. It's all a scam. Unless you want to line the pockets of an out-of-state non dentist rich guy "Jared Derr" then find a dentist who will treat you fairly. Update: Jared's response to my review contains more lies. I have never worked for Jared, nor any emergency dental care corporate office. Reading his responses to other negative reviews, he really need to get someone educated to do this. You can't accuse patients of things and detail aspects of the appointment, this is a HIPPA violation. I did visit this office. When I questioned Jared about his business practices and some of the negative reviews about his company, he told me to "piss off."

Pleasant, positive experience. Beginning at the front desk throughout the whole visit. Emily made my first visit and registration painless. Morgan the assistant made me comfortable as she talked me through the process. Dr. Juarez explained what was needed in a non-dental so it was clear. Gave me options and suggested what he felt was best. All my questions were answered and I felt comfortable to make a choice. Would recomend these folks for dental care.

Had a broken tooth, and hadn't been to the dentist for a few years. No judgement, broke down everything price wise. Samantha was awesome and made X-rays quick as they could be. Very personable. Able to walk in and get an emergency root canal the same day. Such a relief.

I am so happy with the service that I received tonight from Dr. Gupta, Samantha, and Alex! My son got his tooth knocked out at wrestling practice after hours when all the local dentist offices were closed. I did a Google search of Emergency dentist and this one popped up and I am glad it did. Not only did they wait for me to drive from 45 minutes away when they were about to close, they were also extremely professional and courteous and provided the best recommendations for my son's care. I highly recommend this team of professionals.

Last night I was screaming in agony. My neighbors called to check up on me. My village pulled together to help me get to sleep and 211 told me to go see Emergency Dental of Kansas City today. I'm really glad I did. I've had teeth pulled before and Dr. Mark Juarez was a pro. He had all three out in less than 5 min. NO PAIN after the pinch from the numbing stuff. The staff was fun friendly and full of great energy. If you need something done fast this is the place to go!

Had severe pain and issues that Dr Juarez addressed professionally and completed -all staff (Miya, Alex and hygienist) were concerned to keep me comfortable and decreased my stress level! Would highly recommend if you have an emergency!

Outstanding & quick response. I have a dental emergency and so appreciate the prompt treatment. The nurse was so kind and attentive while treating me. I will have a root canal tomorrow and am grateful it can be done so quickly. Thank you for all you do.

I came in for an extraction due to years of neglect, and walked out with an appointment to repair my smile. Morgan, Emily, and Alex were so kind and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Gupta was also incredibly understanding and didn't spend the whole time shaming me for my negligence. Her evaluation was very encouraging, and I am so excited to smile without shame again.
